He spent time to explain the vehicle to me and all the options available. Steve also answered tons of phone calls and emails promptly and courteously. DO NOT BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME Drove here because it's close to home and I heard so much about the Honda CR-V that I wanted to see it in person. When I parked, there were 3 salesman outside waiting like vultures. One guy comes up to me and asks if I want to buy new or used. I say used and he tells me to go inside and walks away. First off, I don't appreciate being hunted down by vultures in the parking lot. Next, I get in and wait a HALF HOUR for a used car salesman. How is it possible that there is NOT ONE guy available? Finally, a guy named Steve Chan introduces himself and we sit at his desk. I tell him that I was interested in a v6 compact SUV with a third row and he says there is basically nothing on their lot with those specs. He decides to print out a 10 page report of all the used cars on his lot and highlight some other options that I might like. I tell him I appreciate the effort, but a simple yes or no was fine. I want to believe that he was going out of his way to help me out, but with this day and age and VULTURE car salesmen, I don't think that was the case. Needless to say, I left unimpressed by Honda and annoyed at the vultures. More

After dealing with and being frustrated by over a dozen shark-like car dealers, it was refreshing to deal with these guys. Krystal, their internet representative was the most efficient and transparent interaction we had in weeks. She answered every query we had, gave us all the numbers we asked for, very promptly, comprehensively and with clarity. None of the "please come in to the show-room and we'll work it out for you" lines we got from every other dealer. Then Andrea was the sales rep who actually worked with us. They picked us up from a convenient location and gave us a ride back to the nearest public transport (We live in Brooklyn and this was 2 hours away). When we got there we realized that another Honda dealer (Metro Honda at Route 440) had tried to deliberately sabotage our approvals because we didn't bite their baits or give in to their arm-twisting car salesman talk. The finance guys at DCH took an extra day to sort it out, but managed to salvage the situation and work out a great deal for us. It worked perfectly well. When we went back, Andrea was again super helpful in finishing up all paperwork and answering all our questions and making sure we were comfortable with our new car before leaving their dealership. Although they officially close at 9 PM, they were with us until almost 11 PM. (We walked in at 7 PM and did have some wait time before we could get moving). Although, there were over a dozen Honda dealerships to chose from near Brooklyn, we decided to go the 'extra miles' to DCH Honda Paramus only because of their 1. Clarity and Transparency, 2. Ease of business. More

Sam Yunes either lier or does not know what he is doing I came to this dealer since I had price promise in written email from Sam Yunes. Best Dealership I been using honda for the last 5yrs doing lease. But it my first time coming to this location in Paramus. Its the first time I meet a Sales person so I been using honda for the last 5yrs doing lease. But it my first time coming to this location in Paramus. Its the first time I meet a Sales person so nice and helpful and explain everything we need to know about the car and give us a good deal that works for the Car we want and the budget we have. Ohhhhhhh The only thing I wish this dealer ship has is working on there stuff to be more friendly to the customer, I know were all tired and we all have our own problems but dont bring it at work, the receptionist give us a face when we walk in ( angry saying "what do you need") its the first time in my life i meet a receptionist like that. And while we waiting for our Sales person my kids are so excited to see our new car... Yes i would say we might be a little loud (5yrs and 2yrs) but the receptionist told us to be quite coz she cant hear the phone and give us a face with her not so nice way! Dude! Were customerssssss. As a whole, it one of the most pleasant and friendly dealerships with which I've ever have done business. Hamad Deeb was my sales person, and was exceptionally thorough. It was nice to have a sales experience where I didn't feel like a rotisserie chicken on a spit over the managerial fire, or generally just another number where he was anxious to move onto the next. I didn't get to see my first DCH buddy, Alex Bernabe, this time, however, I am glad to have met the friendly and involved group that helped me with my recent purchase.
