Buying a car I was under a lot of stress. I was just involved in a car accident and I was in the market to buy a car. I had Hondas since 1983 so I knew the produ I was under a lot of stress. I reached out to my service technician Carlos Reyes for a Sales Consultant he knew and trusted. He gave me the name of ALEX BERNABE I was not disappointed. He listened to my situation. He showed me the Honda Civic. I told him what options I needed and what color I was looking for. He found the car. We worked on the price and closed the deal No hard sell. Never felt pressure. I have been in retail all my life. I THINK I know when I feel like I'm being pressured. I have NO PROBLEMS recommending DCH Paramus Honda to anyone looking to buy a car. First Car I went to this dealership with my dad to get my first car. I just recently started work and needed a car for the commute to the city. We had been shop I went to this dealership with my dad to get my first car. I just recently started work and needed a car for the commute to the city. We had been shopping around for bout about a month and decided to get the CR-V. When we got to the dealership there were a lot of sales people outside and they greeted us right when we got out of our car, which was a bit odd. Our sales rep- John Delgado- was really nice and friendly. He showed us the features of the car and let us test drive it around the block. He also helped to set up our insurance once we got the car. Overall the experience was very positive and very fast too. We did not spend a lot of time haggling and overall the deal took about an hour- what took a while was waiting for financing and waiting for the car to be ready. My experience getting this car was very smooth and I was pleasantly surprised by how quick they were. We've had the car for a week now and its amazing-I love it! More

He sold us 3 Elements, 2 CRV's Just worked with Alex Bernabe and bought a 2015 Honda Accord from him. Its was my families 7th car purchased from Alex. It was a super easy process. Hamad was very patient. I love my new Honda Sport 2016 with the sensor package. This car may the nicest looking car ever for the money, and for sure, has the highest amount of technology to keep you safe at this price range. Terrible service experience A few months ago my car was finally added to the Takata airbag recall list. I debated where to take it, as two years ago, DCH Paramus Honda recommende A few months ago my car was finally added to the Takata airbag recall list. I debated where to take it, as two years ago, DCH Paramus Honda recommended $2400 worth of repairs, $2200 of which were completely unnecessary. Finally I decided that, since it was by far the most convenient dealership, and I wasn't responsible for the cost, that I would use them anyway. I went to their online service appointment site, and made an appointment. Using the convenient drop down menu, I chose "airbag recall" as the reason for my visit. I received an automated confirmation. Between then and the actual day of appointment, I heard several things in the news about the parts being in short supply, so I called to check. Indeed, they did not have the parts. I was told "You can't make an appointment for that online, we have to order the parts first and it takes 6-8 weeks for them to come in." I asked why then it was an option in the menu, and the woman said it shouldn't be. Which is absolutely true, but nonetheless it was. She said they would call me when the parts came in to set up a service appointment. A week ago I realized it had been ten weeks and called to inquire. Indeed, the parts were in, and the SAME WOMAN said she didn't know why the person I had spoken to the last time never called to set up the appointment. This morning I took the car in. In the interim, the battery in one of the key fobs had died, and I asked them to change it. I took their shuttle service back to work. A couple of hours later, they called to say the recall work was done, but that the car needed a lot of work. I declined having them do the additional work, as I don't trust them after the aforementioned experience. I told the advisor that I needed a shuttle pick up at 4:30, and she said she would send them. At 4:30, I stood outside in the cold, rainy weather for half an hour, no shuttle. I called the dealership. The number I had was apparently the service advisor's private line. She did not pick up, and the recording left no alternate number if you needed immediate assistance. Fortunately, I was able to get a ride to get the car. There was no charge, which seemed odd, because I had asked them to change the battery in the key fob. However, at this point I was so annoyed I ignored it. The person checking me out gave me a five page printout with nine items of required service, after first asking me if I was happy with the service today. I replied that no, I was really kind of annoyed at having to find someone to bring me there when the shuttle never showed up. She then began to go over the list. The first thing mentioned was that the car's battery was low and required attention .... the battery is less than a year old. At that point, I cut her off - I really wasn't interested in going over a laundry list of potentially made-up necessary service items after my previous experience. At 5:45, on my way home, the shuttle driver called to say that she was on her way to pick me up. They hadn't even bothered to tell their own employee that my pickup was no longer necessary. When I got home, I looked at the service report, which included the following "Keyless entry transmitter battery requires immediate attention." No! Really? Because I thought it was absolutely fine .... that's why I asked you to change it. At least I no longer have the potentially killer airbags in my car, but I would strongly suggest that you stay as far away as possible from DCH Paramus Honda. More
