Excellent Service, Great Deals. Overall my car buying experience was great. I really have to say that my salesman, Adam Feinstein was simply fantastic. When I initially walked into Overall my car buying experience was great. I really have to say that my salesman, Adam Feinstein was simply fantastic. When I initially walked into this dealership I was between two cars (Honda & Hyundai). At the time I definitely wasn’t ready to buy, but was more looking for knowledge about the car, features, good/bad, the buying process, and general information overall. Even though I expressed to Adam that I was not ready to buy that day (it was a Saturday), he still took the time to spend well over an hour going through all the details with me, answered all my questions, and really made it a nice conversation versus a pushy salesman situation. I offered my business card and welcomed Adam to follow-up, which he did promptly. None of the follow-up calls were pushy, and he was simply just checking in. This alone made me want to buy a car from Honda. I hate pushy salespeople, so he really gained points in my book with his demeanor. About a month and several dealerships later, I finally decided I wanted to buy the Honda Civic EXL W/Nav Coupe. My husband and I went down to the dealership on a random Saturday, and since the actual car I wanted wasn’t in their inventory, I left with a car three days later. Within those three days, Adam and team searched high and low for the car I wanted, and were finally able to locate one at another dealership. They did what they had to do to get things situated, and I was off driving my beautiful car. Car buying is not a “fun” process; it takes a long time, a lot of patience and a lot of negotiations, but in the end I feel I got a great deal, but more important I received spectacular service, which to me is priceless. I would definitely recommend friends/family to go to that dealership, and when they do I will certainly be telling them to ask for Adam! More
