Got my PILOT!!! It's been months since i have decided to finally get me into a new car, but really couldn't find the time to look around, owing to having so much on m It's been months since i have decided to finally get me into a new car, but really couldn't find the time to look around, owing to having so much on my plate. And with that I have been leery going to dealerships and be pushed around, as everyone knows, entering a dealership as a woman isn't easy. and going at it alone is a lot of pressure. I was pretty anxious going in at DCH Paramus Honda, it was also late ( 5PM) on a Saturday. There were a lot of people in the dealership, which i think just shows how well known this dealership is. But anyways...anxiety and all... I proceeded. I was just grateful to Manny Muheidat who took me in and made me feel at ease, and assured me he would get me the best deal he could, and he did! He was a gentleman, not pushy, professional, he was patient, and reassuring. It took til closing time to finally get me the deal that fits me. Soooo, lo and behold...I got me my new 2016 Honda Pilot. Awful as can get Awful, Awful ,,,rude & unprofessional sales staff, never in my life i have experienced such a treatment ..came into the store few days ago with intent Awful, Awful ,,,rude & unprofessional sales staff, never in my life i have experienced such a treatment ..came into the store few days ago with intent of purchasing 30k car for my daughter ,,, was planing to put down 15k ,,after 4hrs of doing back and forth .( that process was mind blowing) and getting all numbers presented by very rude sales staff ...that car would cost me 45K ...So i walked out ..if any one considers this place to shop for a car ...get ready for a mind twisting games ...check all of the #'s carefully before you ink the papers ..as far for me ..they would have to pay me 30k to put my foot back in their doors ...NEVER EVER AGAIN More

I recommend anyone that is looking for a car to go visit him !!! He let me test drive three cars and probably would've let me test drive more. My idea was to finance a car, I told him my budget, I'm young have no credit, and he worked with it. John found any car that he had outside to fit my budget. He is very patient and he will know exactly what your looking for. He makes you feel right at home and almost mostly treats you like family. Buying my first car I had such a great experience with this guy he made sure nothing went wrong. I left so happy and I recommend anyone to go to him ! More
