After talking with him a little while I knew I made the right decision . I went over what I was looking for and then he asked me some follow-up questions. He knew everything to know about all the models and features. He then made some recommendations . I was amazed that his ability to listen and then with his vast knowledge made recommendations . We went for a test drive and then I fell in love with the car . I told him that I research the car and had an idea of the price point. I asked him not to waste my time and make me the best offer he could without haggling. He said he would be right back and then I was amazed that the deal he presented. Knowing the price others paid and all the research I have done I quickly knew he did get me the best price for the car. I signed the paperwork and left with a huge smile on my face. It was hasslefree and the best thing I did was to listen to my friends and ask for Stephen Berkowitz. My brand new top of the line 2015 Honda CR-V Touring sport utility truck with dark wood interior trim and side stepping board added, luxury features, and advanced technologies. I even ordered extra accessories like: door edge guards to protect from scrapes. A rear bumper applique to provide extra protection, An exhaust tip that creates a sporty custom look. A moon-roof visor to reduce wind noise and glare. A hood deflector to help protect the hood finish. Door visors to enjoy some fresh air when its raining. Splash guard for protection, Cargo trunk tray, and season floor mats. Even though it was a longer process than I expected, when I left I was very happy overall. I can't stress enough that they dealt honestly and fairly, and exceeded my expectations. Mike assured me that my time with Stephen would not be wasted and I would benefit from this meeting. Well, Mike was correct. Stephen proved to be a man of excellent character and personality . He told me about the various products he had to offer and explained in detail the differences among the vehicles. He did not over promise but simply stated facts about each vehicle. He had an idea of what I was really looking for before I did. I was not prepared to leave there with a new lease vehicle. Before I knew it we had an agreement for a new lease vehicle that met my features requirements and my price. He took the time to explain the new features especially the touch screen of the new Accord which I was not used to. He also went over the use of hands free link differences. He explained android auto app if I choose to use it. He has contacted me via email and telephone to ask how I am doing with the new vehicle and if I have any issues that I would like him to go over. He even asked me if I would like to return to the showroom to explain any questions that I may have. Stephen is the primary reason that I have released a vehicle for DCH. Stephen is a knowledgeable salesperson who knows his products but most importantly he doesn't try to sell you something you don't want. As I previously stated Stephen is a young man of excellent character who is a class act. Stephen epitomizes the words truth, trust and confidence. He is an asset to your organization and I look forward to doing business with him again. More

Went to a Toyota dealership where the sales representative was nothing but aggressive and pushy, I could easily tell he was after the commission. Then a friend recommended me to Hamad Deeb. I got there around 6pm and I'm so grateful i did. I'm a newbie with cars and Hamad answered all my questions and did his best to meet my budget as a full-time student and worker. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. The next week when I had made a decision to lease a Honda car he even provided me with a ride to the dealership knowing I lacked transportation that week. He helped me shop for car insurance and search for paperwork that would guarantee an approval from the dealership. After almost four hours of his amazing help I was able to drive home with a new car.
