When I went to the dealership, it I'm writing this review almost a month after I got my new car (2016 Honda Accord) from DCH Paramus Honda dealership. When I went to the dealership, it was extremely crowded and Adam came and met me at the front reception. It must have been a very busy day for Adam, but he was very kind, calm and patient enough to show me all the cars in the parking lot along with all the different options, took me for several test drives, very cooperative during the negotiation process and successfully facilitated the completion of the transaction. Moreover, he also assisted in transferring all the auto-insurance paperwork for the newly purchased car. With the help of Adam, I was able to get the car for a great price. When I left the dealership I was very happy and extremely satisfied with the purchase. The car wasn't ready the same day as I had wanted a different color and so I had to come in the following day. On the day of picking up the car, I must mention that Adam was very kind to offer me a ride from my home. He took time to walk me through all the functionalities inside the car and was very patient to answer all my questions. Overall, it was a great pleasure dealing with Adam and I thank you for helping to make the entire process very smooth. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends. More

Matt was able to work out a deal with us for the financing rate and we ended up walking away with a car I was happy with and a price i was happy with. We dealt with Mike briefly as we signed papers but he was also very friendly and happy. After all the paper work was signed and the car was officially mine, Hamad came out to the car with me and my family and went over all the new features of the car and made sure I was conformable and understood everything and triple checked I had his number in case I had a question about anything. Overall it was a good experience and after visiting a few places it was nice to talk to people who you didn't feel like were just completely out for a profit. More
