Our test drive really impressed us (my hubby and I had already test driven other SUVs) and pushed us closer to a sale. When we were hesitant about pricing, she brought in Matt Hunziker, who basically asked what would it take to close the deal... and we were on our way to a sale! Young Natalie enthusiastically provided a "look see" of a different model more in line with our price, and always explained what came next in the process. Although it was a loooong day (busy time at dealership), Natalie was very accommodating and kept us in the loop. She told us to call her if we had any questions about the car, whenever that might be!
