Jenssy (salesman) was so attentive to guide us with something that fit my dad's budget and was of my taste!! My dad had previously had a bad experience at another dealership because of a salesman being too pushy but Jenssy was the opposite! He was great, very informative and helpful. I would recommend anyone to go to him! The process wasnt too long either, everyone there was extremely helpful and nice! Thank you guys!! More

He was so polite, friendly and professional. i wasn't rushed to made my decisional any moment during the entire process and he gave me all the time i need, with all my questions answered in a clear and non vague words. Even if it was a rainy day i had the chance to taste drive the car( while he is walking around in their parking lot in the rain). It shows to me how much he value the business. So i was ready to buy and pretty much finished the whole process in half a day. I know the range how much i should pay for the car and came out more than satisfied. All the team was very excellent. buying experience with DCH Paramus Purchase with this dealer for simple reason that they are upfront about the pricing. Aldo was very helpful on speeding up the process as I was really Purchase with this dealer for simple reason that they are upfront about the pricing. There are a lot of horror stories when buying a new car and I have experienced it couple of years ago but with with Aldo and DCH Paramus i was thankful not to relieve the horror. Since buying the car I haven't had any issues so I cant comment on after purchase support but with the vibe that they gave me when car was purchased I am confident with DCH paramaus and Aldo will be easy to reach and supportive if anything is needed.
