Alberto listened to our needs, focused on our budget and then showed us at least a dozen cars that we actively considered. And, he did all that with a smile, kindness and not a hint of sales belligerence. Ultimately, we walked off the lot with the 2 cars we liked best. Negotiation of final prices with the Sales Manager was lengthy, but we ultimately liked the prices enough to buy both cars under final consideration.
