Great experience in service I have bought 2 cars from this dealership and have been using their service department since 2007 on 3 Hondas. I was there today getting service and had to write. I was helped by an advisor named Danny Turbides. I usually try to get him when I go there because he is honest, very sincere, and always tries his best to help me. He does not push and is very patient. I cannot say enough good things about him and have dealt with him many times. I have had other advisors there and was not happy because I always feel they are trying to rip me off and don't care about me. (The price is high enough.)If you need service, ask for Danny Turbides and you will not be disappointed. He is the best guy there!! More

Everything good until contract Andrea, the salesperson, helped me narrow down color and selection of my Honda Pilot. Manager and I negotiated a reasonable price. I was ready to put down $1,000 deposit on future delivery of SUV I wanted. . I asked that contract include guarantee that deposit would be returned by promised delivery date of my vehicle if not available. Contract came back with numerous clauses protecting dealership and little if any protection for retrieving my money in a timely fashion. Manager didn't seem to understand my concern. BEWARE. Disappointed that a otherwise fine dealership was so sloppy and disappointing. It would have been simple to meet my request. More
