100% satisfied with my experience and purchase I recently purchased a 2016 civic EX from Paramus Honda. I had gotten a recommendation from a family member who bought an accord from there. They to I recently purchased a 2016 civic EX from Paramus Honda. I had gotten a recommendation from a family member who bought an accord from there. They told me to ask for Hamad Deeb. So I called and set up a time to meet with Hamad. I was greeted in the parking lot by him and I knew right away I was dealing with someone who was going to hook me up with what I want and give me a good price. I knew I was at the right place. I had purchased an accord a few years ago at different dealership and it was a nightmare, horrible experience very aggravating. Hamad was totally easy going, no hassle. Hamad didn't play games like most dealers do. I went to several other dealerships before seeing Hamad, and they were pushy and I felt aggravated I walked out. This was not like that. He was very professional and informative explaining all of the features the different models offered. I made my mind up and decided to go with the EX. The car was ready in a few hours. While waiting, Hamad offered me coffee and made me feel at home. It was very pleasant I didn't have to worry about anything. After signing the paperwork he sat in the passenger seat for about an hour teaching me everything about the vehicle. The 2016 model has a lot of new features that I'm unfamiliar with. He set up my smartphone connection, explained every single feature and button there is to know. I drove home feeling confident and comfortable in my new car. I absolutely love it, I couldn't be happier with it. Also for the deal I got with no money down was incredible. The next day my phone rang and it was Hamad checking to see if I was happy with my new purchase. He also called to let me know the plates are in and has followed up with me several times to check again if everything is going well with it.
