Andrea Arias was our salesperson and she had incredible patience as I second guessed myself over and over. I am loyal to Hondas but still had to decide between the different styles. I disregarded all those car promises such as AAA and Costco and just used the info from true car and other dealerships. We still had to bargain but the atmosphere was more positive than a battleground. We very much appreciate Stephen Berkowitz, the sales agent who assisted us throughout the process and worked hard to meet all of our expectations. Stephen is an incredible professional who has impressed us with his knowledge, efficiency, thoughtfulness, and courtesy. During the test drive, Stephen answered all of our questions and thoroughly explained all of the car’s features. Although we were leaning toward another brand when we were first looking for a new car, our test drive with Stephen made us reconsider. Stephen then worked hard to get us a price that worked within our budget. He also contacted our insurance company to ensure a smooth transition. We are thankful that Stephen was very careful when dealing with sensitive paperwork; during our meeting, when we needed to step out to the parking lot to re-examine the two models we were deciding between, he put any papers containing personal information in a locked drawer. It was a pleasure working with Stephen not only because he was honest and never pressured us to make a decision before we were ready, but also because we were not surprised with any extra costs. After we signed the necessary documents with Stephen and the Finance department, it was past 9 pm and was pouring outside. Stephen still took time to explain our new car’s features to us again, just to make sure we felt comfortable and safe. Stephen also followed up with a phone call after our purchase to make sure we were satisfied and enjoying our new vehicle. Premium Service, Car and Experience! Finding myself at the end of a lease from another brand, I decided to give Honda a try ... their new 2016 Accord Touring was what I wanted. Driving past DCH Honda a few times (it's right next to Garden State Plaza), I figured they would be a good dealership to start with. Read some reviews online, and felt comfortable enough to reach out. I was greeted by Shawn Harris, who was not your typical salesman. The cliche salesmen have wasn't felt here at DCH, or by Shawn. He was great - from the start, answering all of my questions, addressing my concerns, and patient throughout the entire process. He even went above and beyond for me returning my lease to the original dealership! That's spectacular customer service. Any dealership could sell you a car ... but its the people that work there that make a difference. I am super pleased with my car, with Shawn, and the entire car buying experience. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family. More
