I had a great experience in getting my first car!! Great and pleasant experience I was looking to switch my 2011 Pilot in for a newer one. Little did I know I would be walking away with a 2013 fully loaded Accord Crosstour. I have I was looking to switch my 2011 Pilot in for a newer one. Little did I know I would be walking away with a 2013 fully loaded Accord Crosstour. I have always been a truck kinda gal, but Jon made me an offer I couldn't refuse. It is absolutely wonderful and I am so happy with it. Granted I was very hesitant to go from a 7 seater to a 5 seater. But now that my kids are grown no need for big car seats and big strollers. So now it's my turn to enjoy this V6, fully loaded, awd, beautiful car. So I thank you Jonathan Medina for being so knowledgable and giving me such a great car shopping experience. More

The only salesperson I ha This review is way overdue, On February 6, 2015 my husband and I went to Paramus Honda. We were looking to lease a 2016 CRV. The only salesperson I have ever dealt with at Paramus Honda is Maria Alcantara . We had been in touch during the week via e-mail. The dealership was packed that day and Maria made sure she was available when my husband and I arrived. We sat down and discussed what we were looking for and our price range. Needless to say a few hours later we drove away in our new car. We got a great deal and it was exactly what we were looking for. Maria made the entire process a simple and easy. This is the third vehicle I have leased/financed at Paramus Honda. I leased my first vehicle when I was in college (quite a few years ago) and that's when I met Maria for the first time. She's great at what she does and you she will do her best to make sure you're getting the best deal possible. More
Less than desirable The selection and purchase of the 2013 Honda Civic for my daughter started of well enough. Andrea Arias was our salesperson and she quickly deemed wh The selection and purchase of the 2013 Honda Civic for my daughter started of well enough. Andrea Arias was our salesperson and she quickly deemed what car would interest us. There were about 4 cars on the lot she took us to see And we put holds on two of them. We didn't think we would buy that day but both car were low mileage seemingly solid cars we briefly talked about financing and were given lower rates than what it ended up being. We did then select one car and came in next day to close the deal The ball started rolling on the purchase and my daughters credit rating was apparently excellent. Yet the person writing up the deal in finance was now quoting a loan rate to finance considerably higher than we were originally told. However , since out trade in offer seemed better than we expected we felt perhaps it was worth it. We hadn't really looked into loan rates at other financial institutions prior to the deal. In retrospect I believe we were not dealt with fairly. We clearly could have gotten lower finance rate Where the experience really deteriorated was after the purchase was completed. Two days after the car was taken home we had several issues First, the low pressure gauge light for the tires illuminated. I had to check and found all four tires several pounds low . Despite colder weather the tire pressure should have been at the proper level upon delivery. Secondly, and somewhat of a minor issue the tire valve caps on right and left side did not match and one side clearly appeared to be wrong ones( poor fit and a different color Third, the passenger sideview mirror had scratches or marking on it we didn't notice previously. Our first visit car was filthy and date of pickup it was at night. We just didn't see it. Lastly, the secondary key remote worked erratically Sometimes working other times not. When we finally were able to come in we were directed to service dept by Andrea to take care of issues. I was told 7:30 pm would be fine But upon arrival Service said it was too late to do anything They at least agreed to check the remote door key. They said it was a battery that was very low and would coat $ 12 to replace. And our response us why should we be paying $ 12 when it should have been perfectly function upon receipt We proceeded to go back to sales where Andrea referred us to her manager C J. C J listened to my complaints and accompanied us to where the car was parked He took the key and pressed it. Immediately he stated there was nothing wrong with it. I said I d tried numerous times and it worked erratically He again claimed it was fine. So I said" you are questioning what I am saying". He got louder at this point and when my wife spoke up to back me up he became agitated and rude to both of us. This went a few minutes like this and I felt we were very poorly treated C J then spoke of the low tires sensor gauge and stated it was a known flaw on Honda cars. I m not buying that . Lastly he claimed the damage on mirror was not scratches and could be fixed with solvent I returned today. Key battery was replaced Fob works perfectly now. No charge. Valve covers replaced. No charge. Damaged mirror surface barely better But C J seemed to be in a hurry to move on to something more important sou didn't go back inside. I didn't need another argument In review , I like the car . Andrea did her best selling us the car But after she handed sale off to finance and her manager our experience went down hill There was I believe both a lack of honesty and rudeness that was wrong and unnecessary I had bought a car at DCH. Paramus. 9 years earlier and also had bad experience with finance dept as the person preparing that loan was also extremely rude to my wife After this second experience there will be no 3rd time. I will advise all friends and relatives to avoid DCH as despite their ads and other rave reviews I had a difficult and unpleasant experience at best . I hope someone that matters there sees this but I don't expect to see this review appear on line. I've been brutally honest but recognize this would be damaging to ownership and the business . However, it would at least be a goodwill gesture to contact me to apologize privately for the disservice received when seeking customer service Mark Nathanson More
