100% satisfied with my experience and purchase I recently purchased a 2016 civic EX from Paramus Honda. I had gotten a recommendation from a family member who bought an accord from there. They to I recently purchased a 2016 civic EX from Paramus Honda. I had gotten a recommendation from a family member who bought an accord from there. They told me to ask for Hamad Deeb. So I called and set up a time to meet with Hamad. I was greeted in the parking lot by him and I knew right away I was dealing with someone who was going to hook me up with what I want and give me a good price. I knew I was at the right place. I had purchased an accord a few years ago at different dealership and it was a nightmare, horrible experience very aggravating. Hamad was totally easy going, no hassle. Hamad didn't play games like most dealers do. I went to several other dealerships before seeing Hamad, and they were pushy and I felt aggravated I walked out. This was not like that. He was very professional and informative explaining all of the features the different models offered. I made my mind up and decided to go with the EX. The car was ready in a few hours. While waiting, Hamad offered me coffee and made me feel at home. It was very pleasant I didn't have to worry about anything. After signing the paperwork he sat in the passenger seat for about an hour teaching me everything about the vehicle. The 2016 model has a lot of new features that I'm unfamiliar with. He set up my smartphone connection, explained every single feature and button there is to know. I drove home feeling confident and comfortable in my new car. I absolutely love it, I couldn't be happier with it. Also for the deal I got with no money down was incredible. The next day my phone rang and it was Hamad checking to see if I was happy with my new purchase. He also called to let me know the plates are in and has followed up with me several times to check again if everything is going well with it. I highly recommend Hamad Deeb to ANYONE who is looking to invest in a honda. Believe me, you won't be disappointed with your experience or purchase! More

Asked us if we wanted anything to drink, i.e. water, coffee, etc. He showed us what we wanted, took the SUV for a little spin, came back in the office to start some of the paperwork. Many times he asked us if we had any questions and concerns. The next day, Saturday, February 6, 2016 we came back into the office, again all of the staff very friendly, the guys outside even opened the doors for us. In the course of the day, the SUV was ready for me to take it home. Hamad Deeb made the buying process go very smoothly. He is an excellent Senior Sales Rep. Honda should be very proud to have someone like Hamad work for them. I have already told some of my friends that if they are looking to buy a new car, Honda is the place to go. Excellent service by Adam Feinstein I'm writing this review almost a month after I got my new car (2016 Honda Accord) from DCH Paramus Honda dealership. When I went to the dealership, it I'm writing this review almost a month after I got my new car (2016 Honda Accord) from DCH Paramus Honda dealership. When I went to the dealership, it was extremely crowded and Adam came and met me at the front reception. It must have been a very busy day for Adam, but he was very kind, calm and patient enough to show me all the cars in the parking lot along with all the different options, took me for several test drives, very cooperative during the negotiation process and successfully facilitated the completion of the transaction. Moreover, he also assisted in transferring all the auto-insurance paperwork for the newly purchased car. With the help of Adam, I was able to get the car for a great price. When I left the dealership I was very happy and extremely satisfied with the purchase. The car wasn't ready the same day as I had wanted a different color and so I had to come in the following day. On the day of picking up the car, I must mention that Adam was very kind to offer me a ride from my home. He took time to walk me through all the functionalities inside the car and was very patient to answer all my questions. Overall, it was a great pleasure dealing with Adam and I thank you for helping to make the entire process very smooth. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends. More
