He knew everything to know about all the models and features. He then made some recommendations . I was amazed that his ability to listen and then with his vast knowledge made recommendations . We went for a test drive and then I fell in love with the car . I told him that I research the car and had an idea of the price point. Having been to several dealers before this one, I was worn out and frustrated with the hidden add-on charges and absurd amount of follow up (read: inundated inbox and four phone calls in 24 hours). Even though it was a longer process than I expected, when I left I was very happy overall. I can't stress enough that they dealt honestly and fairly, and exceeded my expectations. I was contacted by Mike Sutera who then introduced me to Stephen Berkowitz. I told both Mike and Stephen of my prior unhappy leasing experience with DCH Paramus Honda. Mike assured me that my time with Stephen would not be wasted and I would benefit from this meeting. Well, Mike was correct. Stephen proved to be a man of excellent character and personality . He told me about the various products he had to offer and explained in detail the differences among the vehicles. He did not over promise but simply stated facts about each vehicle. He had an idea of what I was really looking for before I did. I was not prepared to leave there with a new lease vehicle. Before I knew it we had an agreement for a new lease vehicle that met my features requirements and my price. He took the time to explain the new features especially the touch screen of the new Accord which I was not used to. He also went over the use of hands free link differences. He explained android auto app if I choose to use it. He has contacted me via email and telephone to ask how I am doing with the new vehicle and if I have any issues that I would like him to go over. He even asked me if I would like to return to the showroom to explain any questions that I may have. Stephen is the primary reason that I have released a vehicle for DCH. Stephen is a knowledgeable salesperson who knows his products but most importantly he doesn't try to sell you something you don't want. As I previously stated Stephen is a young man of excellent character who is a class act. Stephen epitomizes the words truth, trust and confidence.
