My mind was not made up on which vehicle I wanted to buy, CRV or RAV4, new or preowned. I also was not sure whether I wanted to buy or lease. Stephen patiently guided me through different options and was never frustrated or annoyed. He was great to work with and when I was finally ready to make my deal I wouldn't have thought of going to anyone but him after all the time he had spent with me, and how patient he was. I could have gone either way, RAV4 or CRV but Stephen's excellent people skills made me choose Honda. More

I had a Civic I loved but I knew it was time I upgraded especially since I just had a baby and needed the space. Since I had such a wonderful experience the first time I decided to call Hamad again. He showed me the Honda CRV which worked perfect with my current lifestyle. He explained all the features thoroughly, paired my phone, transferred the insurance and worked really hard at giving me a great deal. What I liked about him which makes him different from other car salesmen I've dealt with in the past is that he is a good listener and isn't too pushy.
