A Dee-lightful Experience :) My husband and I have been purchasing and leasing cars from DCH Honda for over a decade. We recently leased a 2016 Honda Pilot with Dee Mustafa. Jose My husband and I have been purchasing and leasing cars from DCH Honda for over a decade. We recently leased a 2016 Honda Pilot with Dee Mustafa. Jose Hernandez has been the person we have grown to trust and has been our contact person at DCH for years. Jose set us up with Dee now that he has moved into a management position. We interacted with Dee in hammering out a deal and Jose still made time to come by and help us finalize things that were agreeable to both sides. I would like to thank them for making the car leasing experience as palatable as a car leasing experience could be. I had an awesome experience here today. I'm Satisfied! I must admit I was nervous about going to a dealership because the last time I purchased a vehicle was 2002. Fortunately I had an awesome sales representative - Hamad Deeb. From the time I arrived at the dealership to the time I walked out with my new car, I was at ease and extremely comfortable. Hamad explained everything to me and was patient and informative with all my concerns and questions. Fortunately the model that I wanted arrived on a truck while I was there. After signing on the dotted line, Hamad extensively explained and showed me the car’s ins and outs. He showed me a little while test driving, but he took the time to go that extra mile. I didn’t feel like I was just rushed into buying a car. I am a tech savvy person in my personal and work life, but not with the new gadgets in these newer cars (again it’s been 14 years since my last purchase). I definitely would recommend this dealership and I definitely would recommend working with Hamad Deeb. More
