He is very professional, very efficient and was a pleasure to work with. He worked with us until we had a deal we were pleased with. Then he told us when to come to the dealership to complete the transaction. He had as much ready as he could which made our experience in the dealership very pleasant. He was very patient with me, as I am not very technical, and made sure I was comfortable operating the car and he even set-up my phone and made me aware of the Android App to sync my phone with the car. He then called me two days after my purchase to double check that all was OK and to see if I had any more questions. As it turns out since I did have a few questions about using the phone he is going to go over it with me again when I come in to get the new plates. Hamad is an exceptional sales person. He truly wants you to have a great experience when you make the purchase but he is always available, after the purchase to insure you are a satisfied customer. We will certainly purchase another car from Hamad the next time we need a new car. More

Alex also helped me set up my car insurance so I could take it home the same day. After all the paperwork, he took the time to teach me all about the features included with the vehicle and he also connected my phone to the Bluetooth. Alex provided me with contact information in case I had any questions about the vehicle. He even called me a few days later to make sure everything was going alright.
