After talking with him a little while I knew I made the right decision . I went over what I was looking for and then he asked me some follow-up questions. He knew everything to know about all the models and features. He then made some recommendations . I was amazed that his ability to listen and then with his vast knowledge made recommendations . We went for a test drive and then I fell in love with the car . I told him that I research the car and had an idea of the price point. I asked him not to waste my time and make me the best offer he could without haggling. He said he would be right back and then I was amazed that the deal he presented. Having been to several dealers before this one, I was worn out and frustrated with the hidden add-on charges and absurd amount of follow up (read: inundated inbox and four phone calls in 24 hours). Even though it was a longer process than I expected, when I left I was very happy overall. I can't stress enough that they dealt honestly and fairly, and exceeded my expectations.
