First time Honda owner. I was looking to trade in my Volkswagen Golf and stopped into DCH on a whim. I was met with a friendly smile and a hello. I walked around at my leisure without any pushy salesman following me around. Once I saw the HRV I knew that it was the car that I was looking for. I was paired up with Hamad Deeb. Though I was on a budget, Hamad did all he could to get me the car I wanted at the price that I wanted. He was patient, understanding, informative, helpful, and allowed me all the time I needed to make my final decision. He made the lengthy car buying experience a pleasant one. Kelvin Rodriguez in the finance department had all paperwork in order and was knowledgeable with any last minutes questions I had. Overall my experience at DCH was great. Everyone I dealt with from the receptionist to other sales people to the manager were all courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend DCH to family and friends. More

There was a great car selection with reasonable prices. The cars were very presentable and clean, and came in a good variety (the dealership is not restricted with only Hondas, but other known company names as well). The salesman we were helped by was Daniel Becerra. Throughout the whole experience, Daniel was very knowledgeable about the car's features, and informed us with everything there is to know as far as features, warranty, mileage, etc. He was calm, collected, patient, and warm the whole time, and we would highly recommend him to anyone visiting the dealership. Additionally, the manager, Shadi Saadeh, was very friendly and accommodating as well. He fully and exceptionally answered any remaining questions we had about the car, and consummated the whole experience. The only issue we found, which is very slight, was the waiting times between receiving car fax reports, being transferred to other sales representatives, and waiting for the car to be prepared for us once the papers were signed. Other than this, excellent experience at DCH. More

I was able to lease a vehicle and leave in a much better car than I had first thought to get- an upgrade! Will be highly recommending DCH and Jenssy and will definitely be coming back.
