Well, I believe all agents there are very good BUT when you being assisted by this agent named Frankie, ohh boy, you will get VIP service. There was this time he was on his lunch and he left his meal behind in order to make sure I would get my request done!!! I have never seen anybody doing this at a work place for a customer. Frankie is very passionate with what he does. He treats his clients the way he would like to be treated. If I see Frankie is not there, I would come back another day, lol. More
