He was extremely helpful, and took his time showing me all the details of the car. He even let me walk out the door without much resistance because he understood I wasn't ready to make a decision that day. I did go back and the full process couldn't have been be easier. In addition to my stellar experience with Stephen, the showroom is beautiful, they have a large inventory and even have parking! Could not recommend more. More

I had seen bad reviews all over and started to get discouraged. But then I noticed that all dealers have bad ratings. It was a matter of knowing what you want and knowing your limits. Being I did my research, set a budget limit, and did my loan approval and insurance quote beforehand, it made the process very simple. I chose 3 dealerships, which included DCH Paramus Honda as my first choice. We went Saturday afternoon and was greeted by Daniel. Daniel was awesome from the first handshake until the last. He explained everything honestly and thoroughly and was willing to work with me. The manager and the finance salesman Christian were both polite and helpful. I purchased my 2013 Honda Civic LX for a great price. Everything was great. I would highly recommend. Just be prepared to be in there for a while if you decide to purchase because there are many steps. More
