He was happy with the car, and when we were ready to lease an Accord, Michael recommended that we speak with Alex. Mike even accompanied us when my wife chose which vehicle she wanted (2016 Obsidian Blue Accord EX). This September I needed to replace my vehicle, but the circumstances were quite different. Our son Michael had passed away in August, so the time and enthusiasm that would normally go into choosing a new car just weren't there. Having known our son, Alex was very respectful, professional, and caring in the manner in which he handled the whole process. We basically called Alex on the phone and he told us which 2017 Accord Sports were available, I made my choice and Alex had the car ready for us the day we came in to sign the paperwork. It was a very quick and smooth process. It was a pleasure working with Alex again, and the fact that this is Accord #3 for our family is all to his credit. We knew which car we wanted, and we knew which salesman we wanted to work with. This was a stress-free experience during a time when our family was already under a lot of stress. More

Kelvin and Jenny got me into the car I wanted. I’m very sastified with how they worked with me to make sure I was comfortable with the payments. I also felt very comfortable with the treatment I received. After taking a couple of hours debating and changing my mind about which car to purchase all i received from them was profetionalism and funny honest opinion. At the end I went with their recommendation and I couldn’t be any happier. It really shows how experience they are. And the best part was that I didn't feel rush. I highly recommend DCH Paramus Honda. I have to renew another lease that it’s due for trade in and I will be using DCH Paramus Honda. No other place to go. More

Wonderful Experience I owned my previous car a Nissan Maxima for 14 years and loved it, so it was not going to be easy to please me. However, it was time to get a new veh I owned my previous car a Nissan Maxima for 14 years and loved it, so it was not going to be easy to please me. However, it was time to get a new vehicle. I had heard a lot of good things from people who own all difference models of Hondas so I decided to take a look. I was originally going in to look for a small SUV but then I saw the Accord and liked the look of it. My salesperson was so accomodating and pleasant. He told me all the features of both vehicles and when I said I was leaning towards the Accord we took it for a drive. He was very attentive even though he was not sure I was even going to end of up buying. He had a lot of patience. When I decided on what car I wanted the Manager went of numbers with me and I was happy with the outcome.. He also tried to give me what I wanted when I decided on a lease. Very happy and decided on a leased accord. Since the car I wanted was on the lot and had everything I wanted, they went out of their way to let me actually sign papers and take it home that day. I cannot say enough about these two gentlemen. I definitely will recommend this dealership to all my friends. More
