Paul was as focused as a laser. 5/5! Extremely profrssional, driven and proactive. I was returning my company car and Paul was handling the return. There were many different parties he ha Extremely profrssional, driven and proactive. I was returning my company car and Paul was handling the return. There were many different parties he had to juggle but did so with speed and grace. He even provided me his direct contact and responded to my messages with an average time of 30 seconds. In the end, everything was worked out and all parties were satisfied. This man has found his true calling. 5/5. Perfect score. Could not recomend enough. More

Another Amazing Experience I bought my first RDX here in 2016 where I had the pleasure of my first great experience with Robert W And a salesman that now works at a different lo I bought my first RDX here in 2016 where I had the pleasure of my first great experience with Robert W And a salesman that now works at a different location. I went for my B1 service appointment and wandered around the showroom to occupy my time. As I browsed, Robert Colon, a salesman introduced himself and answered all of the questions I had about the 2019 RDX and explained all the differences between not only the two models but the differences with my 2016. We took a test ride and I was sold. As I waited for him to prepare the paperwork, Robert W. Came over and greeted me as good friends that haven’t seen each other in awhile. I thought it was a sales tactic and he looked in my file before he came over but I know he was genuine when he when he mentioned something I told him in 2016. To wrap this long story up, I highly recommend not only Montclair DCH Acura, but ask for Robert Colon And Robert W. They will take great care of you. More

Worse service ever Do not deal with him. He lies to you. Made a deal with his puppets. Made wait with a 6 months baby and left being afraid to look in our eyes. Let this Do not deal with him. nothing less than perfect!!! i came in recently to get my acura serviced and victor was amazing!!! was very prompt and extremely helpful. as i waited for my service to be complete i came in recently to get my acura serviced and victor was amazing!!! was very prompt and extremely helpful. as i waited for my service to be completed (which i may add wasn't long) i walked into the show room and ruben was quick to answer all my questions. great service here, they always make me feel like family here. Tony is the best! Tony is the absolute best sales person! He doesn't make you feel like you are signing your life away like many car salesman. Excellent and honest service I love dealing with Latoya Davis anytime my car needs to be serviced. She is always open and honest with what work needs immediate attention and what I love dealing with Latoya Davis anytime my car needs to be serviced. She is always open and honest with what work needs immediate attention and what can wait to be serviced. I know nothing about cars except how to put gas in them so I really appreciate the fact that she takes her time and explain in layman terms exactly what needs to be done. Honesty is hard to come by now and days especially living in a world where everyone is trying to get ahead by taking advantage of someone else. Excellent job and keep up the great work!!!!! More

Excellent service-Very LGBT friendly, especially in service. I am an Acura owner and have been for 20 years. My first car was an Integra that I purchased in 1994. I have been to several dealerships for service a I am an Acura owner and have been for 20 years. My first car was an Integra that I purchased in 1994. I have been to several dealerships for service and I always felt uncomfortable. I am a gay man and I can tell when people are making fun(snickering etc.) I brought my car into Montclair Acura for routine service. I had a gentleman named Vic that helped me and he was the kindest,friendliest service rep I have ever had! He treated me very well & kept me well informed the entire time my car was in getting the repairs. I liked the dealership so much I waited even though I was offered a loaner car. I am recommending the service department to all my friends & family especially Vic. Thank you Vic I will never go anywhere else to purchase a car or to get service on my MDX. I hope he reads this review-he was so kind and knowledgeable. I am looking forward to my next visit. More
