We always love coming to our DCH. The employees are always so welcoming and helpful especially Mr. Vipin Rishi. I bought a CPO 2017 MDX from this dealership and problems started the first week of the purchase, the service department worked to address my issues but the amount of time spent back and fourth to the dealer started the first week of the purchase, the service department worked to address my issues but the amount of time spent back and fourth to the dealer was a terrible experience considering the car was sold as CPO. On 09/25/2023 we were driving on the Garden State Parkway and the driver seat collapsed while driving and i almost crashed the vehicle. I took it to the dealer to find out the car is out of warranty and the seat is considered as normal wear and tear. The dealer gave me a quote for 3,000.00 to get the seat fixed which is unacceptable. I was told to contact Acura Client Relations which i did and they stated its not a manufacturer issue and will not cover the cost, thats unacceptable as well. This is my 3rd Acura and i will not purchase another because of this experience at this dealership. More
DCH Acura of Verona has a FANTASTIC team except for two highly UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE employees. I arrived there the other day under very strenuous circumstances and was being tended to by the AMAZING, Ma highly UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE employees. I arrived there the other day under very strenuous circumstances and was being tended to by the AMAZING, Mauricio, Marie, Ashley, Valerie amd Manny. All their hard work and kindness was completely UNDONE by one of their mechanics who had it in his head that I worked for him. This person started barking orders at me while I was patiently waiting for my service to be finished. When I asked him to clarify the disaster that was coming out of his mouth, I was treated to the same disrespect. Once his manager came out, the song and dance began in earnest. His manager, Sean, would refuse to ñrovide me with his name, promised some sort of write up, etc... I have not seen any proof of reprimand, instead, all I have received is push back. I ALSO pre paid for services that are due and will now demand an immediate refund if these services are not rendered. If the dealership requires a refresher, since they seem to have forgotten, I will gladly provide receipt of payment. I have asked for an apology from this employee, I have received none. This person should not be working directly with customers, they obviously have zero customer service training. More

Brought car in for scheduled maintenance. Though there was a 20 - 30 minute wait to meet with the service advisor on drop off, the car was ready on time.
