My salesperson, Walter, was outstanding. I just leased my third Acura from DCH Montclair Acura and it's due to the excellent service I've always received from him. I bought a CPO 2017 MDX from this dealership and problems started the first week of the purchase, the service department worked to address my issues but the amount of time spent back and fourth to the dealer started the first week of the purchase, the service department worked to address my issues but the amount of time spent back and fourth to the dealer was a terrible experience considering the car was sold as CPO. On 09/25/2023 we were driving on the Garden State Parkway and the driver seat collapsed while driving and i almost crashed the vehicle. I took it to the dealer to find out the car is out of warranty and the seat is considered as normal wear and tear. The dealer gave me a quote for 3,000.00 to get the seat fixed which is unacceptable. I was told to contact Acura Client Relations which i did and they stated its not a manufacturer issue and will not cover the cost, thats unacceptable as well. This is my 3rd Acura and i will not purchase another because of this experience at this dealership. More

I just bought a New 2023 Acura TLX Type S Montclair Acura and had shopped around a bit for it. I did enquire online and spoke to Luis Reyes who didn’t stop following up with me in a nice way to get me into t and had shopped around a bit for it. I did enquire online and spoke to Luis Reyes who didn’t stop following up with me in a nice way to get me into the dealership. When I went in I was on the floor looking at a TLX Type S and was approached by Anthony Bollotta. I did tell him I was shopping around and he said let’s get to the bottom line and what did I have for him so he could tell me if he could assist or not. I gave him the emails from a few dealers and he went off to see what he could do. Anthony came back and asked what am I looking for him to do exactly to get the car deal done. I told him to beat it by a few hundred and I wanted the heated wheel and 5-year tire plan in the out the door price. He left again and came back shortly and said could do the deal. He wasn't pushy however got right to business getting to the bottom line and it was refreshing not going back and forth. I completed all the paperwork a few days later and paid for the TLX. When looking at the car after signing I noticed a small imperfection and became very upset. Anthony went and got Vipin Rishi who was concerned that I was upset and asked what he could do to make the situation betrer. At this point, I was very upset however Anthony and Vipin stayed with me to find a solution that would work for me a very picky difficult customer at this point. They both cared how I felt as a customer and wanted to do right working hard to find a solution. They came up with many possible solutions and I had some options and they left it up to me and not pushing in any direction. Again I already signed and paid for the car so they could have said it was yours later but they didn't. They both went above and beyond to make this negative experience a more palatable one making me feel like they truly care about the customer. I will recommend Anthony and Vipin as well as Montclair Acura to anyone who is looking for a fair deal and stand-up straight ethical purchase. More
