Muhammad, you purchased an “As Is” vehicle from our dealership. As a professional courtesy, we paid to repair your vehicle by a BMW dealership at no cost to you. Check engine light was on for a misfire coil, which I have provided you paperwork for. Again, no cost to you. At that time BMW dealership examined the vehicle and found nothing else wrong with your vehicle. At this time, your vehicle is inoperable. You took your vehicle to local BMW dealership, who then misdiagnosed your vehicle. BMW dealership where you took the car got warranty company involved and gave them incorrect information. The warranty company is not approving your claim due to information which was provided by your local BMW dealership. You should be mad at your local dealership who misdiagnosed your vehicle, not mad at the dealership who sold you an “As Is” vehicle with courtesy to fix coil the first-time check engine light went on at no cost to you. It’s not right for you to call threatening, saying that you are connected and I should look after myself and my family. Your issue is with your local BMW dealership who misdiagnosed your vehicle; not us.

Why would I have to pay for repairs on a car I just bought that the dealer told me is in perfect condition and it was inspected fully? You sell bad cars... end of story. Putting people in a loan for something that is worthless is stealing money from their families. You took food out of my families mouth and thats not something I can ever forget. My issue is with you and your finance manager. I can see that this is a common practice at your dealership. It is obvious that you have done this to others and will continue to do this. So I feel like it's my obligatory right to put a stop to this kind of behavior, I got nothing but time now. I tried being nice already. Stop bringing your family into this, if they get hurt in the process thats on you not me.
