My experience at DCH Montclair Acura on August 26th was nothing short of spectacular! From beginning to end, I found the entire leasing process to be effortless and quite enjoyable. The staff in every department could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Rick was very thorough and courteous when explaining the different warranty plans. He was extremely persuasive without being pushy or intrusive at any time. He was extremely knowledgeable about the material and was very helpful throughout the entire process. Walter was another friendly and helpful staff member who was a pleasure to deal with. He answered all of my questions exactly the way any inquisitive leaser would want them to be -- detailed and in both technical and lay person terms. He is another staff member who really knows his stuff. Not to be repetitive, but another staff person I found to be extremely helpful and friendly (and perhaps most of all) was Colleen. She was able to answer all of my questions quickly, precisely, and in a way that made me feel comfortable asking more and more questions. The more correspondence I had with Colleen the better I felt about leasing my Acura. Without Colleen's help I cannot say for sure that I would have leased my 2010 Acura TSX -- that is how helpful she was! I have had this car for 10 days now and couldn't be happier! From the moment I walked in, Jaime Borja, went above and beyond the normal scope of his job requirements. He answered all our questions, researched all our concerns, and expedited the process with his own personal involvement due to our limitations. His business manager, Jeff Torres, was also very efficient with the loan process. He took the time and wanted to make sure I understood all the documents presented to me for signing. If I could give a higher rating then "5", these two gentlemen have definitely achieved it. More
Wow. DCH has won me over. I drove right past Open Road on my way to DCH today to get my new TL Tech. (not going back to that "other place" again) I first spoke with Colleen in the internet department 2 weeks ago and SHE WAS AMAZING. Honest, friendly, detailed...gave me every number I wanted without any attitude, like some other dealers. After looking around and knowing which dealership I wanted to avoid, I went into DCH today and spoke with Paul Dujets. Let me just tell you...If you want to buy a car, you go talk to Paul Dujets. What a great guy. No BS, no attitude...the nicest guy. He just gives you the simple internet price (which was great on the TL Tech) and works it out. I can't even explain to you how different it was dealing with him compared to other salesmen. You'd just have to go there yourself. I missed Colleen (she was out) but based on my phone conversations, she's exactly the same. Also, Dmitry Kovalenko (sales manager) helped out. Also a very nice guy. No BS or salesman pressure. He just got the deal done. Very good guy. The only small complaint I could have is the 15-20 minute wait to sit with the finance guy (Jeff) and sign the contract/etc. But hey it was the end of the month and end of program term I think. No big deal. And even he was really cool. None of the high pressure extended warranty stuff. No pressure at all. He just explained the products in a very easygoing way. All of it makes me want to come back. So, do your research like you should..shop around and talk to other dealers...Then talk to the internet department at DCH and you'll be wowed. So far everything's great with the car and I highly recommend these guys. A+ !! More
I have nothing but good things to say about DCH Acura. I contacted a few Acura dealers via email. Paul Dujets was the one who got back to me from DCH, and the price we negotiated through email was the price contacted a few Acura dealers via email. The dealer was a little far from my house but well worth the trip. Paul introduced me to Dimitry who was my salesmen. He showed me the car we drove it, signed, and I was pretty much on my way. The experience was great from emails to the finance manager. Normally I dread going into a car dealership, but this dealer made me feel comfortable. It was like they where doing everything they could to get me the best deal. Which I feel they accomplished. Mike More

After owning my 2003 Acura RSX Type S for 7 years I began the process of looking for a new 2010 RDX or MDX. I live only 3 miles from the dealership and to have a great staff and car selection so close made the process a little bit easier. I went in looking for a 2007 and came out with a new 2010 as the financing rates and price was far superior to other dealerships. No gimmicks, no typical car salesmen BS, the price on paper. I closed the deal in 1 day and drove home with a new SUV. Jerry was a pleasure to work with as hes an experienced car salesmen who loves his moving cars. He was able to juggle several customers and deal with the serious buyers in a laid back professional manner. More
To begin with, I was very wary of the whole process of buying a car. I chose this dealership specifically due to the positive reviews on dealerrater. Paul Wong was great! He was literally running and working his butt off getting me the vehicles I wanted to see. And he was very patient with my mother and wife, which sometimes isn't so easy. To top it off, Paul was great with communication after I bought my car and I was having trouble with the registration (which was entirely my fault due to the wrong address on my liscence). To be honest, I would be happy with many different types of cars...but I wanted to be able to trust the dealer I would be purchasing from. I wholeheartedly trust DCH Monclair Acure and would purchase from them again! More
Dmitriy is by far the best salesman I've worked with. I've been leasing for over 10 years now and my last lease was the first time I leased an Acura. I came in to test drive the new MDX and absolutely fe I've been leasing for over 10 years now and my last lease was the first time I leased an Acura. I came in to test drive the new MDX and absolutely fell in love. Dmitry was great at helping me learn all the features (mine has nav and dvd for my boys) and made me feel like he loved the car just as much as me. When he called to tell me he was leaving to a new store I didn't think much of it till it came time to lease my next MDX... my husband says I'm nuts for traveling 70 miles and to another state just for a car. I say its not just for a car, its for an experience that makes me feel like I made the right choice because I can trust my salesman (how many people can say that these days?). And I have to say that I understand why Dmitriy joined the crew at Montclair- they exemplify the same great attitude that he has and make the experience special. I work out the numbers over the phone, they located the color I wanted, the car was immaculate, the accessories were installed perfectly and the car was ready when I arrived. I was in my new MDX in less time than it took me to drive there. This was truly an experience that will continue my love for Acura. Thanks Dmitriy (again) and the team at Montclair. This was a great car buying experience.. I made the deal on the phone without seeing the car other than on their website.I came in, met with Barry while Frank had the car cleaned up. No other dealerships in the area gave me a quote without surprise fees and made it very hard to calculate fair lease payments. I saw the reviews on this website, and thought they had to be rigged. Called in for a quote and I could not even believe the numbers they gave me (in a good way). So, I went in and they put everything down on paper. NO hidden dealership fees, dumb excuses, and xx all the other dealerships give you. I had never heard about DCH auto group, but see tons and tons of cars with the license plate holders. There is a reason everyone comes here. They also offered to even deliver the vehicle all the way to my house in West New York (a 40 minute drive). I was signed out of school and drove away with my car within minutes. They are fast, efficient, upfront, and honest. We will now be leasing all our cars from DCH (Acura, Audi, & BMW). More
