DCH Montclair Acura

I have leased 6 Acuras (counting the one I just leased); 5 of them from DCH Acura. In my opinion, Acuras are the best cars on the market for the money, bar none. I like DCH so much, I don't even go to any o 5 of them from DCH Acura. In my opinion, Acuras are the best cars on the market for the money, bar none. I like DCH so much, I don't even go to any other dealerships to shop around. The only time I went to another dealership was because I was leasing a vehicle for my wife and DCH couldn't get the vehicle she wanted. We went to another Acura dealership and were not happy with the treatment. I have leased 2 RLs and 2 MDXs from DCH and my wife has a TSX. This time, I wanted to stay with an MDX but my salesman, Mark Gershman, showed me the last 2011 TL on the lot. It came with the tech package (which is truly amazing). After the deal I was presented with I couldn't resist. I was treated like a long-time customer should be and got a great price. I was very happy with Mark's professionslism, attention and honesty. Plus, he's a nice guy (he'll probably get a little ribbing about this). I also bring my vehicles there for service and have found every aspect of the srevice dept. to be excellent; from the quality of the work to the professionalism of the employees. I'm sure I'll go back to DCH when my wife's TSX lease is up next year and recommend both Acuras and DCH to anyone who wants a luxury vehicle at a great price. More

I would strongly recommend AGAINST this dealership. Initially I had a favorable impression of this dealership. Two days later, I decided I wanted to buy the car that I saw and called him with some final questions. He answers them, we hang up, and then calls me 2 minutes later and tells me he CANNOT HONOR THE PRICE HE HAD GIVEN ME. I couldn't believe it. I had never experienced this before. He informs me his manager won't allow him to give me this price, even though that's what he had promised me 2 days before. After a few requests, he puts me through to his manager, Frank Lupo. His manager keeps telling me he can't offer that price, and didn't seem to care much that his employee had already promised me that price. Keep in mind we are talking about 400 dollars here. At that point, I had decided I would rather pay more money at another dealership that can honor their word rather than spend a cent at this place. Take my advice - go to another dealership where they can stand behind the information they give you. These people are unethical, untrustworthy, and they DO NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS. More

Three years ago I came to DCH Montclair Acura after a horrendous experience at another Acura dealership. I had a great experience with DCH 3 years ago, but this time, really was incredible. My lease was up and I came in to buy-out my lease - or so I thought. I didn't really want to buy it out, but I was so over my miles, I figured I had no choice. I met with Otto and to say he was fantastic is an understatement. He not only made the entire process easy and enjoyable (yes, I said enjoyable) but given my loyalty, he was able to get me a new lease and return my vehicle at a very reasonable rate. Otto is professional, curteous and the absolute best representation of DCH Montclair Acura. I hope that in 3 years he can assist me with another Acura lease! More

I started looking to purchase a new 2010 Acura TL SH-AWD vehicle a few weeks ago and from my first contact with Colleen I found that she was very honest and helpful. Naturally I contacted several other dealers in the area to confirm that the price I was paying was fair and all of the other dealers tried to pressure me in one form or another. After deciding to buy the car from DCH I was passed along to Dmitriy who took care of the details. He was terrific, very helpful and went out of his way without my asking to see that everything was taken care of. If you are looking for an Acura I would highly recommend purchasing from DCH. They work with the customer and are very knowledgeable of their cars. I would recommend DCH Montclair Acura to all my friends and family.
