Rude, Obnoxious and unhelpful. After standing around for 15 minutes without a salesman getting up, the receptionist finally got me a salesman to greet me. This guy told me what a "hot" car this was and ho 15 minutes without a salesman getting up, the receptionist finally got me a salesman to greet me. This guy told me what a "hot" car this was and how lucky I was to be in the right place. I told him I was here for their internet person as thats how I was referred. He said, "well I cant help you then and walked away." I then went back to the receptionist who said I would have to wait 30 minutes for the internet guy to come back. Finally Craig shows up after a long lunch and I was offered a test ride, but declined as I had already driven the vehicle. Craig "the internet guy" told me they had a special "internet" no haggle price of $1000 off list. I stated to him that another dealer, Springfield was offering $2000 off the sticker and he badmouthed the dealer, said they hire "crazy arabs who they dont pay much" and were "giving cars away and thus wont be in business long."<br><br>STAY away from this place, if their service is anything like their sales department I wouldnt buy a bicycle from these guys.
