Rick in finance was also very pleasant to deal with - no high pressure overkill to purchase options we didn't need! All in all we would recommend this dealer to anyone and be sure to ask for Otto, he is very down to earth and such a nice man! Otto went out of his way through the entire deal, always very organized and making the process as easy as possible. I was particularly impressed by Otto's follow up calls. He treats each customer individually and remembers even the finest details of the going ons of one's life. I received many follow up calls and was informed of everything we needed to do and have ready as well as calls just to check in and see how we were enjoying our new vehicle. Just recently I received a little note in the mail from the desk of Otto, checking in on us and our new MDX and wishing us a welcome back from a very long road trip to Canada. It was nice that he remembered where we were headed. I can't remember the last time I ever received such high caliber customer service!!!! This fine man knows his product, believes in it and stands behind his word!! It is without a doubt that I would most definitely recommend him to my family and friends not only for the purchase of an Acura, but for the simple reason that he is a solid, honest, enthusiastic individual that is always going above and beyond !! This is my second lease from DCH and, like my first lease, pricing was very competitive and up-front. Walter Goldman was the salesman for both leases, though for the current lease I liaised primarily w lease, pricing was very competitive and up-front.
