Right from walking into the dealership, the culture of no pressure and friendliness was evident. Tony was great and able to answer all of my questions directly and quickly recommended a test drive. He was honest about the comparison's between the 2011 and 2012 model. As I told Tony and Harry several times that day, it was a true pleasure purchasing a new car from them. We ran different scenarios to see what would make the most sense for me now, and also in the future when I would want to sell the car in the future. I would definitely recommend DCH and Tony. Once we quickly came to agreement on the price of my trade in and price of the car, the car was in stock and I was told to come back in an hour to pick it up. I can honestly say that the process was not uncomfortable at all and I am very satisfied with the price. Not many people walk away happy with the deal, but we did. Our family could not believe that after going to the dealership at 11:30am and then 2.5hrs later we are finalizing the paperwork for the new car that we drove home that afternoon. Tony spent about an hour showing us how to use all the features of the car including linking bluetooth for both my wife's and my cell phones to the car and entering in numbers. We even programmed our Driver 1 and Driver 2 seats. I would definitely recommend Tony. When you read Kelley Blue Book, they make it seem as though talking to the Finance and Insurance Manager is painstaking. My wife and I had the complete opposite experience. Ric ran through each options and then we were able to openly discuss which choices he would recommend. Ric was not pushy at all and clearly explained benefits of each option. Again, there was no pressure to buy, and we got the sense that Ric wanted to make sure that we made the right decision to prevent us from paying more later. At no point did he say, are you sure you don't want to buy that? or I think that you are making a mistake. This dealership was the #1 Acura dealership for the country in October, and it was clear that the exceptional staff along with a great product made that happen. The Acura product sells itself, but the staff at DCH is what sold me! More

Barry, the sales manager, was very friendly. he not only showed us around the models but also told us even before we asked that the actual sale price is lower than the quoted price, without leaving any scope for speculation. We then met the sales consultant Jose who is one of the best in business. He not only explained everything to us very well but also helped us make up our mind on the car to buy. I couldn't test drive on Friday so we went back after a couple of days so I could test drive the car. Jose patiently took us on the drive and when we came back helped us with the purchase. Maria helped us with the finances and was never tried to force us to take anything more than we wanted. What impressed me is the honesty with which the employees at this dealership operate. Barry was very straight forward with the prices and when I was negotiating, he explained to me well on the reasons why he could not go below a certain price, which impressed me a lot. Jose was also very nice and when I pointed out the car had slight amount of dirt, he willingly offered to get it super cleaned:) They helped us with the purchase and left us with making the choice best suited for us. As I said in one of my other reviews, I look beyond the vehicle I purchase to have a trusted relationship with the dealership and I could see that with DCH. Good work guys. Keep it up! From the time I stepped in the door Jose did everything possible to make sure that I was comfortable and he was also very informstive on the car i was picking. Even though I came back at 8:15 p.m.Jose took the time out to show me how to use the different features in my car, he was definately the best. Marie was also wonderful she did everything within her power to make sure the car was afforable to me and that I did not go broke paying a note. The whole staff was very friendly and inviting this was the best experince I have ever had at a car dealer. More
I fell in luv with the 2012 ACURA TL when i first got word on it from ACURA.COM..I started calling local dealers to see if or when the car was going to be in dealerships,they all told me late june/early word on it from ACURA.COM..I started calling local dealers to see if or when the car was going to be in dealerships,they all told me late june/early july.Well, finally I got in touch with Paul Wong from DCH MONTCLAIR ACURA.He did everything possible to try n get the car for me before the special financing expired May 2nd..he located my car exactly the way i wanted..ACURA TL ADVANCE SH-AWD white/taupe.We closed the deal April 19th n since then i am the happiest ACURA driver.Paul kept on top of everything,checking dealer locates,looking out for inventory changes n keeping me updated every step of the way just so i would be able to take advantage of the special rates.Its been 2 months my car is beautiful!dealership staff also did more than expected..they called n called until they got a hold of me to offer their gratitude n help set up my first service appt.The time spent at the dealer could not have been more comfortable,its a beautiful dealership.and Paul made us feel like we were home,he helped with getting insurance quotes n offered snacks for my lil ones n coffee for me.THANK YOU PAUL SO MUCH!!! The whole team was great! Otto showed me the car, talked me through the sale, and then helped me customize the settings in my new vehicle. A dealership is as good as the people who work there and the ones you come across in your dealings. My girlfriend and I bought a new Acura TSX.
