We started off looking around but the price and service was so good, we just bought a new TSX. Quite frankly, this has to be the most painless auto buying experience I've ever had, it's almost funny to say was so good, we just bought a new TSX. Quite frankly, this has to be the most painless auto buying experience I've ever had, it's almost funny to say I felt like I was "missing" something. When I say missing, I mean the fact that other dealers pull the whole license and credit card hostage for a test drive, or try to wear you down so it would be hours before even getting to the paperwork, hitting you up for every option there is, etc. etc. etc.... I guess I'm still in shock. This is the 6th new car (2 used cars) so I'm not new to the game either. Mark was very nice, very honest and respectful. The reason I did not really deal with anyone else is because he took care of almost everything for me! So just so I don't forget the others, I should thank them too even though I didn't have to go to them too much at all(which at other dealers, you deal with at least 3 other people before you finally have keys in your hand). I know where and who to go to if I ever get another car Acura or other make pre-owned. Plus, if you are a Costco member, you can use their auto buying program for a further discount. More

I have leased 6 vehicles from DCH Acura and 7 Acuras total, including my most recent lease of a 2013 RDX AWD. I also have a 2011 TL w/tech package. The only time I leasd a vehicle from a different Acura total, including my most recent lease of a 2013 RDX AWD. I also have a 2011 TL w/tech package. The only time I leasd a vehicle from a different Acura dealership was because DCH didn't have any. The whole experience with the other delership left a bad taste in my mouth. This is my second lease transaction with Mark Gershman. My experince with Mark has been great both times. I hate the whole process of leasing a new car, but Mark and DCH made the process as painless as possible. Mark worked with me for a few weeks by e-mail on various pricing scenarios and finally made an offer I thought was very good, particularly on a newly redesigned vehicle like the 2013 RDX. After I actually test drove the vehicle I was convinced. Acura, DCH and Mark will always have my business. More
Had a great experience leasing my Acura with Paul Eng, Colleen Amir, and the sales manager. However, that's where the relationship ends. I called in a few weeks ago because my battery had died 4 times on Colleen Amir, and the sales manager. However, that's where the relationship ends. I called in a few weeks ago because my battery had died 4 times on my car and they offered me a loaner. My son took the car in and had midterm exams for college so he needed the loaner since we work during the weekdays and repairs are not done on weekends. They said they could not loan him a car because of his age. A few weeks went by, and the car battery stopped dying by itself. I thought the battery had charged itself, but it died again recently. I called in to schedule a repair appointment and needed a loaner to get to work but they said they couldn't loan me a car. They told me that service loaners are only available for 3+ hours of work - last time I called Acura corporate was involved so I'm assuming they put pressure on the dealership to make things right. All in all disappointed in the lack of consistency with this dealership and the changing managers - our old salesman does not work here anymore sadly. This is why Acura and Lexus lose all their business to Audi, BMW, and Mercedes. All my friends get service loaners no questions asked when any work is done on their cars. Why pay for luxury service when it is not given? Overall, disappointed with this dealership and now do business with Ramsey Acura until my lease ends. More
This dealership is unethical, immoral, and unprofessional. They pulled a bait and switch on us! They took a deposit over the phone after agreeing to a price, we spent over 5 hours there afte unprofessional. They pulled a bait and switch on us! They took a deposit over the phone after agreeing to a price, we spent over 5 hours there after we uncovered some additional fees having to do with taxes which we agreed to and then after we sat down to sign contracts their system couldn’t process our contracts. So they said that they would work on correcting the issue and for us to come back the next day. They did not proactively call us to tell us what was going on until two days after at which point the sales person told us to come in to sign contracts under the agreed to terms. Then he called a few hours later and told us that they would not honor our agreed to price and raised it. I wish someone would have told me that I was dealing with people that don’t care about their customers and lie to them right through their teeth. More
