This was my second time using DCH Montclair Acura for an auto lease. I used them in 2009 for my 2010 TSX and my experience was great which prompted me to go back to them when my lease was due to expire thi auto lease. Well, this time around my experience was even better because I had the opportunity to deal with Jamie Borja. He was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. Jamie was extremely polite, friendly, knowledgeable, made my wife and I feel comfortable, and above all else his no pressure attitude helped ease the process tremendously. There were no hidden surprises with Jamie and he followed up with me promptly. I normally hate visiting car dealerships with a passion, but this time was truly like no other. Acura has a great line of vehicles and this is a top notch dealership to purchase or lease an Acura. If you are in the market for an Acura and live in New Jersey, you should come to DCH Montclair Acura and ask for Jamie Borja. He even helped me pick the color of my new 2012 TSX (vortex blue), which all my friends love. My wife and I leased a 2013 Acura ILX from DCH Acura of Montclair and are very satisfied in the overrall customer service, and financing aspects. We had originally gone to a MINI Cooper dealership to leas Montclair and are very satisfied in the overrall customer service, and financing aspects. We had originally gone to a MINI Cooper dealership to lease, but could not get a straight answer on our questions regarding lease options, and they couldn't give us the same lease deal that DCH Acura of Montclair gave us. We were very satisfied with the entire leasing process, since it was our first lease after purchasing cars in the past (which we had Honda Accords that we kept for over 10 years and in one case over 300,000 miles). Tony Karatzia was our sales associate who helped us go through the entire leasing process--painlessly. He took us for a ride in the new ILX, showed us the leasing options that were simple and easily understood (not like the MINI dealership), and we immediately leased the car for 39 months. Tony was very easy to work with and very professional. We would recommend him as the sales associate to see, to any of our friends and family who are interested in leasing or purchasing an Acura in the future. More

Unlike other dealerships, the experience at DCH Montclair was a pleasure. I went to the dealer with my sister and a friend. We worked with Jaime Borja. Jaime made us feel right at home. He was extremely courteous, patient, and professional. He answered all our questions sincerely and with a smile. He even came in the next day , which was his day off, to make it possible for me to take my new car home as soon as possible. Jaime explained all the technical aspects of the car very thoroughly. After a few days he called to make sure all was well with the car and to see if I had any further questions. The experience at DCH Montclair has been great from beginning to end. I was dreading having to go into a dealership to deal with a car salesman due to previous experience. When I started dealig with James it was like a ray of sunshine. I started shopping at Acura and was planning to visit Ford and BMW after that. Needless to say James impressed me so much that I decided to buy my car immediatly and never visited the other dealers. At NO point during my buying experience I felt pressured or intimidated, he explained all of the fees and gave me all the information that I needed going over all of the paperwork line by line making sure that I understood everything that I was signing. He made sure that the MDX I purchased had the running board I chose put on right away and it was prepared and ready to go when I arrived to pick it up. This experience has left me feeling there is still hope for car salesman all over. I will tell all of my friends and family about this and will recommend DCH and James to anyone that I know that is in the market for a car.
