She confirmed it was in inventory. Then put me in contact with Ben Klein the Sales Manager 6. Ben and I had a productive no nonsense conversation. He didn’t try to upsell, fast take me or anything. 7. We came to a mutually agreed upon price. 8. He asked for information to get the vehicle ready and get a head start on the paperwork 9. We went into the showroom the next day at noon to pick up the car, trade in our old vehicle and process paperwork. 10. Two hours later we are driving off in our brand new MDX. Ben and his team truly understand that time = money. They will not waste your time/money. I live in Westchester County NY and have 2 Acura dealers each ten mins from my house.
