I described the car I wanted and was told it was going to be difficult to find a 2014 Acura TL Special Edition in the color combination I preferred. It took the sales rep 1 1/2 days to locate my car. I returned to the dealership on my scheduled appointment date to find all paperwork prepared and ready for my signature at the finance office. Everything was done in record breaking time. We never felt pressured or uneasy. We felt he was very upfront and honest. He put together a great deal for us and we are very very happy with our purchase.
