My Used Car Buying Experience I just bought a certified pre-owned Acura from DCH Montclair Acura. I initiated the conversation through internet. I had initial clarifications that Jonathan helped clarify. In a day's time, his manager, Ruben, called me to explain the features in the car and was helpful in providing all the info. When I visited the dealer, I had a lot of queries that Ruben answered and was helpful. Barry took me out for test drive. He took me through couple of routes to experience the car's performance. He also patiently explained every little functionality in the dash. Once I did the test drive and made the decision to purchase, Barry did a good job of managing the documentation work in time so that I could take the car asap. He also detailed the car quite well, and topped it up with a tank full of gas! The final financial process took 2 hours, as I had to wait for the ever busy Benjamin Klein. It all got done and Barry was waiting patiently till 9.45PM (YESSS! That is how long it took) to help me out and congratulating me on my new car. It has been really good working with these guys, especially Barry. More

Best Car-Buying Experience Ever! I knew what car I wanted, but didn't know where I was going to buy it. I contacted DCH via an online inquiry for a price quote. Almost immediately I knew what car I wanted, but didn't know where I was going to buy it. I contacted DCH via an online inquiry for a price quote. Almost immediately, I received an e-mail from Lora Moore, who quoted me a firm price for the exact model/package I wanted. It was a fair amount below sticker and below the average retail price listed at various other dealers. They even detailed every other cost to give me a true "drive-off-the-lot" bottom line. More importantly, from the first inquiry until we drove off the lot with our car 10 days later, they were true to their word. They provided a more-than-fair value to our trade-in (again, based on Edmunds and other sites). Jose Lardizabal was a low-key, straightforward salesman who never made any attempt to "upsell" me. He was knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and friendly every step of the way. The final price was EXACTLY as originally quoted. Benjamin Klein in Finance was also a pleasure to deal with and didn't try to "sell" anything. From start to finish, by far the easiest, more pleasurable car-buying experience that I have ever had. I would strongly recommend DCH Montclair Acura to anyone who is looking at an Acura. More
