Being a new car buyer, I had a lot of questions and needed some additional information, and he was readibly available (even via cell phone on his day off) to help me through it with very extensive knowledge. He assisted me in a test drive and explained the benefits of the car comfortably. I never felt pressured to purchase, but was provided all the information I needed to make the right decision. I couldn't be happier with my purchase, and would highly recommend working with Keith if anyone is in the market for a pre-owned car. The first experience in 2013 was so surprisingly positive that when the time came to move from an Acura TL to the MDX, DCH was at the top of my list. I researched the two-year old MDX inventory within 50 miles of my home and, again, DCH had the best inventory at the most competitive prices. DCH was the first place I looked and I bought the first car I took for a test drive. I will return in a few years for the third Acura. Barry Katz, the sales agent was business like and just what you want a salesman to be. Importantly, Barry did not try to show me something I did not want. He showed me what I wanted, a traitI have learned is not common among car salesmen. Ahmed Metari, the finance person, was business like, knowledgeable and respectful. The entire experienced was business like and did not waste my time. That's why I call this, "car buying for adults": no drama, good cars, fair prices and people who do what they say they will do. I had a difficult situation at hand where I desperately needed to get out of my current lease and into a new one due to adding too much mileage on the vehicle. Tony was able to educate me on the proper way to manage a leased vehicle in the future and got me into a brand new leased Acura TLX fully loaded with all the features one can imagine!
