Amazing Experience !! My wife an I went there last night to see an ILX we saw on the website. We have been to 3 dealers the last week and all three we felt like we were fro My wife an I went there last night to see an ILX we saw on the website. We have been to 3 dealers the last week and all three we felt like we were from out of space, the way they treated us. We called a head to make sure the car was available and when we arrived we were greeted warmly and was assigned to Robert Colon. He grab the cars file and took the time to explain the cars history in every detail. Once we spent some time doing that he took us for a test drive. We felt like we already knew the car since we got its history. We fell in love with the car and decided to purchase it. After filling out the paper work we worked with Jaimie Borja, We closed the deal under special circumstances because Jaimie's Magic and the team here at DCH Acura. Very Helpful I came in the other day, I am getting my license in the next 6 months so I just wanted to see what kind of cars were out there and see what my options I came in the other day, I am getting my license in the next 6 months so I just wanted to see what kind of cars were out there and see what my options were on financing/ leasing etc. I literally know nothing of the process but by the time I left I felt confident. Robert very casually showed me some cars that might suit my budget and explained how I could go about getting my first car. Not once did I feel pressured or did he make me feel like I was waisting his time. He explained everything and answered all of my questions.
