From the moment we sat down we did not get up again until it was time to drive home with our new MDX. Kirsy was very professional and did her best to meet our needs and demands and let me tell you it wasn't an easy one. Our daughters thought they were in a theme park of some sort and were having a blast chasing each other in between cars. Not once did we get unpleasant looks from anyone nor they anyone made us feel uncomfortable. Kirsy turned the "Buyin a new car experience", an experience dislike by most, a pleasant one. I also want to give a big thanks to Robert (new car sales manager) for making this deal happen and Jaime for his good energy. I highly recommend these guys. Can't forget the receptionist, she was very kind! More

I happened to start my interaction at the site with manager Robert Westervelt, who was honest, friendly and forthright. It was impressive that the manager took the time to help me. He actually invited me to see the way my trade-in Honda was valued by an independent web consultant. Robert Colon was my sales person and was attentive, knowledgeable and efficient. Hamad Matari handled the paperwork with super fast and accurate style. I wholeheartedly recommend this facility. And, by the way, I love my new 2017 Acura ILX. More

Friendly, knowledgeable and caring I don't often write reviews but I feel compelled to share the professional and caring way I was treated at DCH Acura dealership in Montclair recently. I don't often write reviews but I feel compelled to share the professional and caring way I was treated at DCH Acura dealership in Montclair recently. I needed to move into a bigger family vehicle and on a Monday evening after work I stopped into the showroom. The manager Robert took time to show me the various models and explain the different purchase or lease options. He introduced me to Lora who with a friendly demeanor took me for a test drive of the RDX and MDX, clearly explaining all the features and merits of each model. She is very knowledgeable, experienced and more importantly to me caring that the vehicle would need my needs. I decided on the new MDX in blue and couldn't be happier. Hamad handled the lease financing agreement quickly explaining each part thoroughly as it was my first time leasing a vehicle. In the essence of time, Lora suggested I go home for dinner with my family and she would deliver the car to my house within the hour! Wow, I have never had such customer service and so I highly recommend Lora, Robert and the team at DCH Acura. More
