I'm a tough customer but they have always been outstanding from the purchase phase to the cycle of ownership. Harry really understood my budget and helped me get what I wanted at the price I wanted. There are always so many details and Harry Jones was on them - all of them. Even though my new vehicle was pretty much identical to my 2016 RDX, he took the time to go over a few nuances and enhancements. Paul Wong even helped at the end with migrating my items from the old vehicle to the new. This is a team operation and should be used as an example of how you build a business and create a positive customer experience start to finish. -If there is such a thing as a seamless sales experience, Harry Jones is it.
