Deal went Sour and Finance was Shady We had Walter as the sales rep he was great. We had Hammad as the financial person handling the transactions. It took 3-4 weeks for Hammad to get the We had Walter as the sales rep he was great. We had Hammad as the financial person handling the transactions. It took 3-4 weeks for Hammad to get the deal approved from Santander bank. He gave us the interest and the paperwork that we signed. Prior to the 3rd week before he was able to close the deal with the bank. We decided to voluntarily turn in the car back to them. There was paperwork involved and when it was turned in they were rude and mean. It took him so long to seal the deal and the same day we turned the car in or the day after if I’m not mistaken, Santander told us that the deal was just approved. He was shady. We tried to get a hold of h so many times prior to it getting approved but this person does not care about you, he cares about the money that he will lose! Horrible customer service. The Acura ILX was such a bad car. We turned the car in January this year and we relocated out of state in February and the bank sent a tow truck to our new residence address and it is now June! WE DO NOT have the car! I repeat WE DO NOT have the car. It was turned in to DCH Acura dealership! Get a hold of Santander bank and let them know that you have it! More

Fantastic Service! Annabel was extremely efficient, courteous and professional! The whole process from the initiation of contact, the negotiation of price (which was pra Annabel was extremely efficient, courteous and professional! The whole process from the initiation of contact, the negotiation of price (which was practically non-existent as DCH hit the price point I was looking for which was very aggressive immediately) and the whole process of turning over my prior leased RDX and receiving the new leased RDX was extremely pleasurable (an adjective that is very rare for car lease/purchase transactions). Thank you!! to Annabel and to Jamie (finance) and Robert (sales mgr) for the outstanding service. Miles and miles apart from the horrible previous experience I had with another Acura dealership. More

Best experience that I've ever had at a car dealership I'm in the automotive business and can honestly say that this was one of the best experiences I've had purchasing a vehicle. Everyone I interacted with was professional, honest and courteous. I showed up without an appointment on a very busy day. Barry squeezed me into his busy day and still made sure I received superior service. Barry and Hamad both stayed way past closing to get my deal done which was really appreciated and not once did either complain. I love my Acura's and now Love Montclair Acura just as much. More
