My sales rep Lora Moore hands down was straight up with me from start to finish. I told her I wanted to upgrade from a Sedan to a SUV she listened to every detail so much that she pulled out the MDX model with the same features my TLX had no guessing. We haggled over a few dollars for a few moments but I realized this dealership is not about the B.S. just straight business. I reached out to 6 dealerships as far Bethesda, MD and hands down Montclair gave the best deal overall. How can I forget Hamad in Finance he answered all of my questions in regards to my lease.
