I went for my B1 service appointment and wandered around the showroom to occupy my time. As I browsed, Robert Colon, a salesman introduced himself and answered all of the questions I had about the 2019 RDX and explained all the differences between not only the two models but the differences with my 2016. We took a test ride and I was sold. As I waited for him to prepare the paperwork, Robert W. Came over and greeted me as good friends that haven’t seen each other in awhile. I thought it was a sales tactic and he looked in my file before he came over but I know he was genuine when he when he mentioned something I told him in 2016.
