Let me reiterate: I received $279.00, $36.51, and $183.84—each due to overcharges on the Acura ZDX lease. The $402.61 I paid to Mazda Financial Services on March 20—because DCH failed to pay off my trade-in on time—has not been reimbursed. This $182.26 check was just math. They subtracted previous refunds (which I was already owed) from the overpayment total and handed me the balance—as if that addresses a completely different issue. Then they asked me to remove my reviews. Not happening until the actual issue is resolved. I’m being more than reasonable. I’ve spent four months chasing a mistake they made. The least they can do is own it—and pay me back. More
I came to DCH Montclair Acura in good faith on February 6, 2025, to lease an Acura ZDX and trade in my leased Mazda CX-30. I put down $2,950, which was to cover the remaining payments on my Mazda and the f 6, 2025, to lease an Acura ZDX and trade in my leased Mazda CX-30. Instead, Mazda Financial Services continued calling me, because DCH failed to submit the vehicle payoff in a timely manner. It took over 60 days! On March 20, I had to pay over $400 out of my own pocket to avoid collections and damage to my credit. This happened before DCH even sent the payoff. I have contacted the finance team multiple times. I’ve sent emails, left voicemails, and even visited in person. No one followed up. No one explained anything. I have been ignored and deflected at every turn. I’ve now received three small refund checks from DCH Montclair Acura all citing vague "overpayments" with no breakdown and no connection to my issue. This is basic accountability and customer service, and DCH has failed at both. Lithia Motors’ slogan is “Earn Customers for Life.” If this is what that looks like, I want no part of it. When my lease is up, I will go elsewhere. I have driven Acura's most of my life, only departing to Mazda for my last lease. I have NEVER been treated like this or experienced such disrespect and failure. More

I visited DCH Montclair in Verona to purchase my first car today and I am in complete awe. I came in with little to no faith in leaving with a car because I am still building my credit and so far no other car today and I am in complete awe. Let me be clear: this was not just another car purchase. This vehicle was meant to be a surprise gift for my wife—something your staff was fully aware of. Instead of a memorable and joyful experience, you have turned it into a complete nightmare. Since purchasing the vehicle, I have been consistently misled and ignored. I have left more than ten messages for Brian, and not a single one was returned. The last time I managed to speak with him was on April 26, when he promised to call me back within a few minutes. That call never came. It has now been over three days, and I have yet to receive any follow-up, any plate, or even the courtesy of a simple update. My wife has not been able to drive the vehicle because it has no temporary plate—despite my repeated requests and your commitments. The car has now been parked, unused, for nearly a week. This is completely unacceptable. I am fully insured, but your failure to provide the necessary paperwork and plate is not only irresponsible—it’s unlawful. I’ve tried to resolve this matter respectfully and directly, but your continued disregard has left me no choice. Please understand this clearly: I am involving my legal counsel moving forward.
