FANTASTIC! This is the word to describe my experience at DCH Kia of Temecula. From the moment I walked in Don made me feel like a valued customer, even before he asked my name. The sales process was extreme DCH Kia of Temecula. From the moment I walked in Don made me feel like a valued customer, even before he asked my name. The sales process was extremely effective, efficient and simple. As I had some specific needs Don introduced me to Charles. Don and Charles compassionately listened to my needs and then came up with a solution. I drove out with my Kia Rio that very same day. Every other car dealership in Temecula that I stopped at, was a typical "old school" car shopping experience - the exact same xx you would expect from a predictable car dealership. My husband and I purchased our 2013 Optima EX in March. Brandon was very friendly, knowledgeable. We were in and out of the dealer in about 4 hours. So far after over a year of owning a 2012 Kia Forte the experience has been nothing less of disappointing. The engine will probably last but the fabric and interior have been poorly designed. (snag, scuff, experience has been nothing less of disappointing. The engine will probably last but the fabric and interior have been poorly designed. (snag, scuff, scratch and they say it is not covered with bumper to bumper warranty) Just last week the windshield shattered and it has taken them a week to correct their recall. Today I went to pick up the car only to have the outside filthy and the inside still covered in glass. Who in the world would try and give a car back like that after their windshield shattered on my daughter. Horrible customer service and care. Would not refer anyone to this company ever. More

Doc and Deanna ROCK!!! We arrived, looked at all the SOULs on the lot while learning about the options on each model, went for a test drive, chose the car we wanted (someone else was also interested in SOULs on the lot while learning about the options on each model, went for a test drive, chose the car we wanted (someone else was also interested in the same car). Doc and Deanna got our information, down payment and had us processed, signed and out the door in 3 hours! That was from driving in with our trade in (which we got an excellent price for) until we drove away with our new SOUL + in the color I wanted.
