I was undecided about buying the car, but contacted Andrea by phone with questions about a vehicle I saw on the Internet. She answered my questions, didn't push me, and eventually, I showed up and bou Andrea by phone with questions about a vehicle I saw on the Internet. She answered my questions, didn't push me, and eventually, I showed up and bought the car. She was amazing, taking time to show me all the features on the car and explaining every detail. Since I had driven from San Diego and had another buyer for my existing car, she drove my new purchase to my home without complaint and again answered all my questions patiently. I would recommend Andrea to anyone who's looking for a new or used vehicle. Honesty and patience, what a gal. More

I recently purchased my new Kia Optima from Andrea and her sales manager Geoff and couldn't have been happier with the whole experience!! They helped me get the exact car I wanted despite having a similar her sales manager Geoff and couldn't have been happier with the whole experience!! They helped me get the exact car I wanted despite having a similar car that would have been more beneficial to them to sell, but was not the color I wanted. They put my needs first and I appreciated that very much. Bought a new kia optima sx, I told the salesman that I wanted a dvd player and he told me the car came with it and it did not. I told the manager that I have a witness that the saleman said it had one. Th wanted a dvd player and he told me the car came with it and it did not. I told the manager that I have a witness that the saleman said it had one. The manager stuck by his salesman and he told me that I could buy another navigation which would cost a few hundred not worth the extra cost just for a dvd player. But the first thing I told the salesman is that I want a dvd player. So I thought I could trust the kia dealership I guess not. My experience from this dealer I would never buy a kia From temecula again. They should stand by what they say. An honest dealership would. More

Our experience at DCH Kia was extremely pleasant starting with our first encounter with Jason Eche. We first met him in April when we were just beginning our search for another vehicle. We expected the typ with our first encounter with Jason Eche. We first met him in April when we were just beginning our search for another vehicle. We expected the typical hard core car salesperson and he was so opposite that. We couldn't test drive the Souls that day as NONE of the Soul vehicles had enough gas in them. Jason handled the situation with professionalism and was very apologetic. He never displayed any pushy attitude to try and get us to look at another model. He listened to us and knew what we were looking for in a Soul. We can honestly say that the only reason we came back the following month to your dealership was because of how Jason had treated us the first time. We did get our Soul from Jason on May 5th and we have been extremely happy with it. Jason went over every detail about the car and went so far as to connect our phones to the car's Bluetooth. We feel he went over and above what any other car salesman has ever done for us. Our deepest appreciation goes out to him. More

We recently purchased a new KIA SOUL from DCH. We had a good experience at the dealership. They gave us a good deal on the new vehicle and the amount they gave us on our Honda trade in was fair. Our sales person was Laura Hutchins who was very knowledgeable on all features of the car. She took all the time we needed explaining the new features. I would strongly recommend Laura if you are looking for a new or used car. She even took the time to program our cell phones so that they worked on the new bluetooth feature. We are enjoing our new car and we are very happy with it. More
