I was nervous because I wasn't going to be present when my car arrived but Mike and Tenisha were amazing. They kept in contact with me every step of the way and I knew my car was in good hands. The shuttle picked me up the next morning and I was in and out of there within minutes. Very pleasant experience overall! More

Great car buying Experience!!! I went in not hoping for much being that I had a trade in and dealerships in the past have tried to low ball me. DCH KIA offered me a good price for my trade in and helped me find a affordable yet economical car - KIA FORTE. It seats 5 comfortably and is it great on GAS. I love it! The sales staff that I worked with - Jimmy and Stewart - were both professional, friendly, and courteous. They didn't try to push me into a deal I wasn't comfortable with. They listened to what I was looking for and what I could afford. Jimmy was able to get the finance department to accomodate my requests for the monthly payment I was looking for. The finance department was also wonderful. Like I said - I was straight to the point. I let them know what I could afford and they worked with me. A million KUDOS to DCH KIA of Temecula!!! WOW! More
MIsleading dealership I purchased a brand new KIA Optima 2013 in August 2012 and today I had a flat tire. The tire is repairable and now the ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE is not av I purchased a brand new KIA Optima 2013 in August 2012 and today I had a flat tire. The tire is repairable and now the ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE is not available to me because they only want to tow the car to the dealership! However, the dealership does not fix tires they only replace the tires. So now I have purchased a 40K car that I thought I would be taken care of if I had broken down and now they are going back on their word. The car did not come with a spare tire and the sales representative stated that I would not need a spare due to the fact that I had ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE! But now I have to have my car towed to the dealership to get fixed, instead of a tire shop that would fix the tire for a fracture of the cost. It is a trap and way to keep the money flowing between the sales department and the service department. The fact that this little disclosure was not disclosed at the time of the purchase is unacceptable. So if you are going to purchase this car make the sales representative discloses the roadside assistance guidelines. Because they will only cover you if you are bringing the car to the dealership. That's OK...just looking! When we drove onto the lot, just to look , it turned into one of the most pleasant Sundays we have had in a long time. We met Stewart, who endeared himself to us right at the get go! I knew deep down it was time to replace my 2003 Kia Sorento , a car I still love, and is still going strong. Stewart, sensed my dilemma. I had done my homework and my replacement car was either going to be a Soul or a Chevy Equinox. After hours of indecision and confusion on my part....and sweet patience and understanding on Stewart's part, I ruled out the Soul and didn't even bother with the Chevy! I was torn between the sporty little Sportage and the elegant 2014 Sorento. 7 hours later, we met Eddie, another jewel from Kia in Temecula, who gave me an amazing deal on my Sorento as a trade in and everything else in the deal! I am now the proud owner of a 2014 Sorento that I can't believe I actually own. Kia of Temecula, Stewart, and Eddie, are the BOMB!!!! More

I scheduled my appointment online which was very user friendly and easy. When I got to my appointment, Michael was extremely helpful and answered all my questions pertaining to the services KIA provides. I received a phone call when my car was ready, even offered to have a salesman help me if I didn't make it back before 4pm. I got there at 3:30 and everything was done and my car feels better than ever. I will definitely be coming back. More

After several delays from my side because my wife's car was at the dealer for service, I finally had the car serviced and was pleasantly surprised about the speed it was done, without having to take the trip home/dealership again.
