Service dept. then new car purchase Very positive buying experience! Originally went to get my 2010 Soul serviced but ended up driving home in my new 2015 KIA Soul. Jose Casillas was Very positive buying experience! Originally went to get my 2010 Soul serviced but ended up driving home in my new 2015 KIA Soul. Jose Casillas was great! He is very knowledgeable and thorough about explaining the updates and new gadgets now available in the new 2015 Soul. Also, Emma and Susan were very helpful in the service dept. I was greeted by Leo who is very friendly and laid back, he asked me what I was looking for then went looking at cars... and I went on a test drive. My aim was to get a car with all the extras at the absolute best price and I believed with the help of Jose Casillas, I got a great price!! Jose was excellent, he worked with me to the very end. The experience was so much better than I expected, everyone was personable and friendly, all the way down to the finance man, Bill Snyder. These guys actually make you feel like you are family.
