A long day but well worth it. I worked with Cory Miller, Richard Dickens & Alan Dowdy. All were extremely helpful and professional. Online browsing at DCH Kia was easy, I simply asked for a quote on the vehicle I thought would be a good fit. Cory responded almost immediately with a great quote, so we began the paperwork online, which made our wait time less once we got to the dealership. Loved working with Cory and Bill (Finance). They were both super awesome, professional, and treated our daughter very well. We will definitely be back! More

They tried to overcharge me by $2,500.00 I was very interested in purchasing a new Kia Niro. They had prices of the cars on their website. I went in, only to find out that they were charging I was very interested in purchasing a new Kia Niro. They had prices of the cars on their website. I went in, only to find out that they were charging $2500 ABOVE MSRP. They told me that because the Niro was a new car, all dealerships were struggling to keep them in stock and that all dealers were charging the markup. I told them I would not pay anything extra and walked away. I immediately called the Kia of Ontario and they told me they would not charge above MSRP. I bought the car from Ontario. A week later Temecula called me and said "if I was still interested they would waive the $2500 premium for me for one day only." I told them I had already purchased a Niro. They asked why and what they could have done differently. I told them don't treat people from Temecula like their money doesn't matter and try to take advantage of them. I did not get any additional follow up. More
