Fantastic experience starting with my initial call with Dennis to taking delivery two days later. Since we live in San Diego, I did not want to drive 60 miles to see the Telluride we wanted be sold before Dennis to taking delivery two days later. Since we live in San Diego, I did not want to drive 60 miles to see the Telluride we wanted be sold before we got to Temecula. Dennis, Ben and James were able to work our deal over the phone and email so we could take delivery at a later time. I would highly recommend DCH Kia of Temecula. More

Absolutely awful experience. Receptionist Anna did give a flying rip, Nick the service tech never returned a phone call, obviously we interrupted their lazy, do nothing day.
