Fantastic experience starting with my initial call with Dennis to taking delivery two days later. Since we live in San Diego, I did not want to drive 60 miles to see the Telluride we wanted be sold before Dennis to taking delivery two days later. Absolutely awful experience. Receptionist Anna did give a flying rip, Nick the service tech never returned a phone call, obviously we interrupted their lazy, do nothing day.
