Will never deal with DCH Kia of Temecula again. DCH Kia of Temecula installed new battery on 9/11/18. Battery dead on 9/23/20. No problem. Just go in and get a new one installed under a pro-rated price. NO More

We tried to assist yet you left and went to Hyundai, Hyundai reached out to us and we let them know to have you come back over so we could get this handled for you. Unfortunately you chose not to. You did not want to help! I tried working with the Kia service tech. I was there for 30 minutes. I talked to the service tech 2 times and he didn't want to help me both times while I was there. I had left and came back to Kia and he didn't try to help me. He gave me the printout showing I had to pay full price. He gave me the phone number to call Kia directly since he was unable to help me at that time. He also said I had to pay full price for the battery. That is why I left. I wasn't going to pay full price for the battery when I should not have had to. I went to Hyundai to get the battery. The service tech at Hyundai did call someone at Kia Temecula and they told me that I would have to meet up with another person at Kia in 30 minutes because that person was not at Kia dealer yet. Also, Kia would not be able to get my battery installed by 1pm (this was at 7am) and Hyundai was able to do it right away. I decided to give Hyundai my money because they were more friendly and had everything together.
