I brought my car in because the tire pressure light was on. I didn't have an appt. Katelyn went back to service to see how long it would be, even though she had just had surgery on her hip, she jumped ri on. I didn't have an appt. She showed me where to wait, and came up to me within a half an hour to say the car was ready, and that it was just too much air in the tires, it was fixed and that was that.She was very helpful, and a very happy person. The day I purchased pre-owned car, I saw water in the tail light. I went there after 2 week, I meet other guy he said there is no purchased order with your name at the same time I found the representative who noted my complaint. He said other representative dont know any thing, we didnt get your part. Most probably will get it in next Tuesday. Even after 3 weeks I am waiting for tail light part. I took my Odyssey in for service and was left in the waiting room for an hour before the service department discovered that I would not be able to drive the car. I needed to be somewhere and the staff w waiting room for an hour before the service department discovered that I would not be able to drive the car. I needed to be somewhere and the staff was not helpful in finding a resolution to this scheduling issue. I fixed the problem, but we have not gone back there for service after that incident. The manager offered a discount on a future service, but I did not feel that this was a proper resolution. We are trading in our minivan because of issues that have not been fixed and have been an problem for years. More

Steve Breeden, the Service Manager of deal at DCH Kay Honda for over 10 years. I would like to express my satisfaction with the service department. Steve Breeden, the Service Manager of dealership is wonderful. Besides being an effective manager, he also has great hands on mechanical experience and high customer satisfaction standards. Every time we go in for service, he is always there to answer any questions, concerns, and willing to provide us the best possible price for maintenance and repairs. The service department also has great amenities and services including shuttle service, complementary service wash upon request and a comfortable waiting area with Wi-Fi. The service staff on the other hand, are very knowledgeable and clearly explain what is going on with the vehicle in a timely manner.I know vehicles maintenance can get very expensive and frustrating but, Steve Breeden and his Service department always go above and beyond to keep loyal customers happy. I would recommend DCH Kay Honda to anyone who needs assistance with servicing a Honda and if you have any questions or concerns, give Steve Breeden a call. Thanks Daryl Macwan More
I recentley posted a bad review on this dealership because i felt i was treated unfairly over a new car purchase that had some minor problems. The car was in the shop for a minor scratch and a rattle because i felt i was treated unfairly over a new car purchase that had some minor problems. The car was in the shop for a minor scratch and a rattle sound on one of the doors. The car was in the shop for 6 days and i was not happy about it. I spoke to Greg Holloway who is the Manager of the dealership, he looked into the matter and made sure my car was fixed and given back to me as fast as possible. He also put me in contact with a Steve Breeden who is the service manager. Steve really knows how to treat customers , the man is aces !! I wont go into details but Kay Honda went out of there way to make me happy and giving me the customer service i wanted. I thank Greg and Steve again and would highly RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. Purchased my 2010 Honda Accord 2 weeks ago. The overall experience was pretty good. Brought my car in today for service. I had an appointment for 300 and did not get out until 600. Unacceptable. All I needed was to have my tire pressure light turned off and have my key remote fixed. I guess I would still be there if the car had to have actual work done!! Just a follow up on the previous review. I was called the following day by the general manager of Kay Honda. He kept in contact with me and looked into the problem I had at the service center. He was very accommodating and understanding and took my complaints very seriously. Thank you Greg Holway for stepping up. I would like to revoke my review and I will be sending my son in to purchase a car in the very near future. More
I wanted Honda for a long time went several dealers before going this one . Found car I wanted was happy that it had warranty still on it and it was marked down but 10 days later I am visiting dealer before going this one . Found car I wanted was happy that it had warranty still on it and it was marked down but 10 days later I am visiting dealer service department for first time to find out I'm in very hot room for 2 and half hours when this car should have been check before i got it . took for ever and it was not pleasant experience I know takes time correct problem but I shouldn't have been there to start with so soon. .would not recommend you to anyone . Hopefully it's fix. Who knows? Sales person Arthur smith was great. And max brodbeck too . On them two great guys. Service was not happy. And I thought we be doing business forever.I don't think so .Disappointed. More
On 12/7, I brought our 1998 accord in for service. The vehicle was beginning to over heat. The $89.95 fee to "check and advise" was reasonable. The quote for service needed and labor was just over $1,200.00. We were told the tech found small cracks and leaking around the radiator seam; after market radiator $372.00. Next, the tech did see the water pump leaking and recommended replacement. We were quoted $595.95 for a water pump with a timing belt package. We mentioned the timing belt was recently replace so a quote for the pump replacement only was $445.60, which included a 10% labor reduction. We declined all work, paid the $89.95 fee and headed for a second opinion. We discribed the same problems to a local thirty year old service center and they inspected the vehicle for free. They performed an acid test to check for leaks and did find the radiator had leaks on the seams. No leaks were found on the water pumd. The timing belt was fine too. They did find one of the two radiator fan assembly (necessary for the ciculation of the coolant) frozen which was not diagnoiced by Kay Service. The total cost of the service including the labor was $750.00. I would by a car from Kay if the price was right, but as soon as it was off warrantee they would not see the car again. My ratings for the total experiance was "Bad". Oh, I was also told all service techs start their day at 1:30pm; never heard anything like that before. More

I believe that my most recent purchase from DCH Kay Honda fully convinced me and the rest of my family that Pete Salazar was the epitome of a great salesman that goes out of his way to give the customer the best treatment possible when you visit him in Eatontown. The Honda certification of our 2006 Honda Civic and the whole process from initial contact with Pete till pick up and final signing of paperwork was handled in the best manner possible of any Honda dealership in New Jersey. I will always keep him and DCH Kay Honda in mind on the purchase of our next Honda or if we know of any of our friends & family who are wishing to buy a Honda we will direct them to Pete salazar in eatontown, New Jersey!
