The only problem is that you guys got my registration & title wrong. We wrote all over our paperwork what my address & DL number is. Despite clearly writing it everywhere, your admin staff selected an incorrect old address and DL number from 10 years ago. I now have to go to DMV myself to fix the problem. The price was great, the delvery of the vehicle was great, the sales man was great. But the experience afterwards with this whole registration was not pleasant and now creates a lot of work for me to take time off work. More

She kept me informed as I was sent to Nebraska while awaiting delivery. When I had a small opportunity to come in and handle the financing, Chris in Finance did an excellent job and explained various options without pressuring me. I took an 80,000 mile extended warranty. I'm very satisfied that this was the right choice for me. Jason arranged delivery while I was there which I appreciated. Later, Ms. Wallis filled me in on the details of what exactly my package contained and answered the questions that had formed during the week. She took the time for small things like setting my car's clock and a few other details. Had Ms Wallis not been as professional as was the case, I had several dealerships promising me car deals via the internet and phone before I came in and sat with her. Thanks, everyone. More
